Set in the quiet picturesque hamlet of Cabasson, just a short walk to a spectacular beach sits this newly refurbished apartment. The hamlet of Cabasson consists of beautiful French properties surrounded by a wide selection of famous vineyards. The hamlet has a summer pop up shop supplying tasty fresh bread, croissants and takeaway meals. Additionally, just a short walk away is a lovely traditional French restaurant which also provides a takeaway service. A tree-lined lane leads to a wonderful sandy beach, which overlooks the famous Fort de Brégancon, the president’s summer retreat. The Ancient town of Bormes Les Mimosas is 7km away, steeped in history and full of wonderful restaurants. Le Lavandou 8km away is a pretty seaside resort with its fine sandy beaches and a busy harbour providing a great variety of water sports. Boat trips depart daily to the beautiful Porquerolles Islands. The fashionable resort of St Tropez is 35km away. The area has a vast amount of activities available, golf at the excellent Valcos golf course, just a 15 minutes drive away. Tennis in Bormes and Le Lavandou. Water sports on all the local beaches as well as an abundance of walking and cycle routes.

Un petit coin de paradis

Cabasson est un endroit hors du temps. Tout est beau. C’est calme. Tout les gens sont aimables et souriant. Les maisons sont d’époque. On est à 10 min de la première plage et après ça déroule. Toute cette parti du littoral est une réserve naturelle. J’ai même vu des anémones de mer en faisant du snorkelling avec mon fils. L’eau est à 28 degré. Ma fille de 3 ans qui avait peur de l’eau en arrivant est finalement devenue accro au vague. Et sans ses bouées. Bref je recommande même si je préférerais que le nombre de touristes reste limité pour préserver la beauté de ce lieu. L’appartement est idéalement situé et est suffisant pour une petite famille de 4. Il n’y a pas de commerce aux alentours et c’est tant mieux. Juste un petit vendeur de pain et viennoiseries le matin qui fait pizza le soir. Et 1 resto sur la plage. Bref séjour inoubliable pour nous.

Enge Wohnung mit sehr kleiner Terrasse

Viel zu viel Mobiliar in dieser Wohnung. Terrasse sehr klein (ca. 1x3 m) mit Kunststoffbäumchen an einer Sackgasse, welche aber rege durch Autos und Fussgänger zum Meer benutzt wurde. Für uns gar keine Erholung!

I am very sad to hear that you were not totally satisfied with the apartment, I feel your comments were very unfair! All my previous tenants during this season have been very happy and sent me such lovely feed back. The centre of the hamlet is very quiet and not as you described. The apartment is not on the main beach road. The main beach road runs behind the hamlet! On your arrival you sent a very aggressive email complaining about the apartment quality and you then retracted the comments a few days later, apologising. However, I am always happy to address any complaints and will endeavour to make improvements!

We are a family of 5 consisting of three children age 24, 22 and 20. We have owned a villa an apartment in Cabasson for 15 years. The apartment has been a great success. We can now take all our family and friends with us on holiday.

Why they chose this property

We already own a villa situated within the hamlet. The area is protected by the government. So no new property has been built in the last 25 years. The area is totally unique, it hasn't been spoiled and has the most beautiful coast line. There is something for everyone. Le Lavandou the busy seaside town for the teenagers, Bormes Les Mimosas for the more mature holidaymaker and the peace and tranquillity of Cabasson.

What makes this property unique

Walking to the lovely beach. Pop up bread shop. Great nearby restaurants. A wonderful local Golf Course. Great watersports.
