Work on a tan on a choice of sun loungers and outdoor sitting groups before cooling off in the private pool. Both indoors and outdoors, there's a Scandinavian modern look, while an Andalusian garden with lush plants and trees takes pride of place in the villa's center. If you like sunny weather and beautiful sea views, then this is the right place for you.

*Pool area/terrace:
Big private sunny terrace with 6 sunbeds, a double sun lounger, 2 single sun loungers, a sofa bed, and 3 other patios with outdoor furnitures. Gas BBQ and 1 gas top with big outdoor dining table for 12 adults.

*Villa:
The whole villa is newly renovated with a modern scandinavian look, and all bathrooms finished renovated in 2020.

*Bedrooms:
All bedrooms has a seaview, except for 1 that has a mountain view. All new comfortable beds. (4 En-suite bedrooms)
1. En-suite Master bedroom with king size tempura mattress. Bathroom with bathtub and shower.
2. En-suite bedroom with King size memory foam mattress, and 1 x childrens bed (2-8 year old) 'Bathroom with shower.
3. En-suite bedroom with queen bed. Bathroom with bathtub.
4. En-suite bedroom with 2 twin beds. Bathroom with shower.
5. Connecting bedroom to master bedroom with queen bed. 1 x baby crib. (Shares master bathroom)
6. TV room with big king size sofa bed (with top memory foam mattress) and possible with 2 extra single sofa beds. (possible to sleep 4 in total.
Indoor big dining table for 10-12 people.

*Beach:
Stroll just 500 meters to reach the beach, with 3 kilometers of promenade awaiting, together with restaurants and bars, plus other amenities. Shop at a supermarket only steps away, while a walk to La Cala takes about 20 minutes.

10 min drive to Fuengirola
2 min drive to La Cala

We stayed as two families with eight children between the ages of 0-9 years. This house was comfortable for everyone. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their home as we found it neat, clean and accurate to the photos online. The only thing to note for those with mobility issues would be that it is located at the top of a hill. The benefit to the location is that it has beautiful ocean views. If you're looking for a house that comfortably fits a large group, I highly recommend this lovely home!
