Villa Marina**** is designed to ensure the perfect comfort and relaxation of its guests. It is located only 300 meters from the beautiful pebble beach. The villa is conceived as a separate facility with its own private pool, sunbathing area and garden.

Villa Marina is equipped with all the technical facilities you may need (WiFi, air conditioning, satellite TV) and is divided into two floors. It has a total of 2 bedrooms, both located on the first floor. One room is with a double bed, while in the other bedroom there is the possibility of a double bed or a separation of two single beds. The bathroom is also on the first floor and is shared for both rooms. There is an additional toilet on the grund floor. Villa is ideal for 4-6 persons, there is a possibility of an extra double bed in the living room. A living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, is located on the ground floor overlooking the pool and the garden.

The villa is beautifully decorated and designed in a way that you can enjoy the view of the surroundings from every corner of the villa. Outside you have a wonderful space, outdoor furniture, dining and grill. The pool is surrounded by greenery and sun loungers and parasols are available. Parking is located in the yard, next to the house. In the immediate vicinity of the building, there is an outdoor park for children.

Einfach Traumhaft

Wunderschöne Villa (steil 😉) 5 Minuten vom Ufer entfernt. Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, mit 2 Doppelzimmern im Obergeschoss. Ich glaube, auf der Couch können noch 2 Personen schlafen. Die Küche ist klein, bietet aber alles, was Sie für den täglichen Bedarf benötigen. Der Pool ist sehr privat, auch wenn er nicht so aussieht. Das Haus verfügt über mehrere Sitzbereiche im Freien, darunter einen Balkon im Obergeschoss mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Der einzige Nachteil ist das WLAN (Was teils etwas langsam war). Es reicht für die Grundausstattung, aber Musik/Videos/Spiele sollte man als Downloads mitbringen. Sie können sich jedoch vom Fernseher aus bei Ihrem Netflix-Konto anmelden, ohne dass es zu Geschwindigkeitsproblemen kommt. Der Besitzer ist auch großartig! Sie kann Ihnen bei allem weiterhelfen und hat viele tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen auf Krk, auch in der Nebensaison.

Malinska in der Vorsaison

Malinska ist mit unserer Ankunft aus dem Winterschlaf erwacht. Uns erwartete eine gut vorbereitete und nette Gastgeberin, die uns immer zur Seite gestanden hat. Dies gilt auch für Ihre in der Nachbarschaft wohnenden Eltern. Die Beschreibung war zutreffend. Von vielem Punkten des Hauses war das Meer zu erblicken. Zidaric ist zentral für Unternehmungen aller Art. Wir waren viel mit dem Rad unterwegs. Mit ein wenig Bewegungsdrang erreman gute Restaurants fußläufig. Wir sind keinmal auf die Nase gefallen. Marina hat uns dabei unterstützt. Vielen Dank

Schönes Haus mit Pool und Meerblick

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alle gepasst und man hat sich um alles schnell und zuverlässig gekümmert. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas knapp bemessen, sonst gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben hier mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern unseren Sommerurlaub 2019 für 2 Wochen verbracht. Das Haus mit dem schönen Pool entsprach in allen Punkten unseren Erwartungen. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen und ein sehr sauberes Haus. Nur wenige Meter entfernt findet man einen kleinen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker, eine Pizzeria und natürlich den Strand. Ein Kinderspielplatz ist ebenfalls um die Ecke. Das Grundstück ist so angelegt, dass man hier ganz für sich sein kann und man sich in Ruhe zurückziehen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die überaus netten Vermieter, die einem förmlich jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablesen. An dieser Stelle auch noch einmal vielen Dank, dass Sie sich so liebevoll um unseren Sohn gekümmert haben. Er konnte es morgens kaum erwarten Sie im Garten zu anzutreffen. Wir haben hier einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und können das Objekt absolut empfehlen!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus

Genossen unseren Sommerurlaub im August 2018 in diesem sehr gepflegten und toll eingerichteten Haus. Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns bei jedem Problemchen gerne halfen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gut eingerichtet. Der Pool hat eine gute Grösse und war die ideale Abkühlung. Das Meer ist sehr schön und liegt nur etwas 200-250 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern oder für 4 Erwachsene. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Sehr gut gelegenes und eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt ca. 1,5 km vom Zentrum von Malinska an der Küste, zum Strand sind es ca. 250 m die Straße runter (den schönen Pool braucht man deshalb eigentlich gar nicht wirklich). Von der Terasse im 1. OG hat man Meerblick und kann den Sonnenuntergang genießen, ein großer Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, so dass man immer einen Schatten-/Sonnenplatz findet. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, deren Mutter im Nebenhaus wohnt. Absolut empfehlenswert
