Less than 100 meters from the Milly-la-Foret market hall, shops and restaurants, you'll enjoy this superb 120 m² town house all to yourself. With a lot of equipments, including for children and babies, and a private wooded garden, you'll find calm, comfort and serenity for 6 travelers.
As soon as you enter, you'll find a large airlock where you can leave your luggage.
The living room, over 40 M², includes the lounge, dining room and office, as well as plenty of storage space.
The well-equipped kitchen features a central island and access to the garden, toilet and garage.
Upstairs, the hallway leads to 3 bedrooms, the patio, bathroom and toilet.

Rose House in Milly

The Rose house is a terrific place for a climbing trip with family. Great centrally located spot close to Trois Pignons, the Franchard, Apremont and Beauvais. The house itself has a great layout if people want their own space. The sun room upstairs was a favorite of ours.

Lovely house

We enjoyed the central location, great cleanliness and very easy communication with Philippe. The Garden was very nice. The boulanger - which is super close- had fantastic bread. We would definitely come back!

Great location, comfortable and peaceful house

We enjoyed our brief stay at Pierre’s house. Very clean, comfortable and spacious for a family of four. Loved being able to walk to the boulangerie in the morning and the many restaurant options in the evening. Super convenient location for all of the Font climbing areas and really appreciated being able to rent bouldering pads from Pierre. We would definitely stay again!

Family vidit

We wanted to stay in a village to give our kids a taste of Francexoutside of Paris. This was perfect. The village was beautiful. The house was fantastic, attention to details was so impressive. We were extremely comfortable here and would love to come back

Great for Bouldering in Les Trois Pignon

We had a great week bouldering in Fontainebleau. The house is centrally located in Milly-la-Foret. Restaurants and shops in the city as well as parking near boulder spots are easily accessible. Staying with 4 people made the living room and kitchen luxuriously large. Being able to dry crashpads over night in the garage is an added bonus. I would definitely stay there again, Lukas.

Lovely little house in Milly-la-Foret

We know this area reasonably well and were looking for somewhere to stay with our two small grandchildren and their parents. This was perfect for us with nearby parking, close to town shops and with larger supermarkets close by. Suited us very well indeed before we moved to Fontainebleau for our daughter's wedding. Thanks Phillipe for your excellent communication throughout - we have a place in Spain ourselves so hope we left everything in good order for you. Probably be back next summer when we know our dates. Thanks again.

Liebe Lydie und Philippe, Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche in eurem Ferienhaus. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere vielen Ausflüge nach Fontainebleau, Versailles, Disneyland und Paris war das Haus ideal gelegen. Aber auch Milly selbst hat uns super gefallen mit dem vielen historischen Steingebäuden. Eurer Ferienhaus ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles, was wir brauchten, und in der Beschreibung aufgelistet war, war vorhanden. Selbst, als der Föhn nicht funktionierte, habt ihr Euch schnell darum gekümmert. Unsere Kinder haben eure bereitgestellten Spiele intensiv genutzt. Super ist die Internetanbindung, die über Glasfaser extrem schnell ist (600MBit). Wir konnten am Abend darüber auch unsere Streamingportale wie zu Hause nutzen. Wir wünschen Euch weiter viel Erfolg.Liebe Grüße Emilia, Leopold, Stephan und Ariane

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est extrement bien équipée pour tous, y compris bébé et enfants.
