Welcome to this lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with a fantastic pool and spa.

Located on a corner lot, this villa is well taken care of and offers a beautiful view of the conservation area. The house has elegant wood-look ceramic tiles throughout.

The villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people, with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds in 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom and the living area have their own smart TVs. The living room has a big 65" TV, and the bedrooms have 32" TVs.

For convenience, you'll find the washer and dryer in a separate room. The master bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, while the twin rooms share a common bathroom.

The villa's location is perfect, close to Championsgate, where you can find various restaurants and easy access to Interstate I-4. Plus, there are many beautiful golf courses nearby.

It's just a short drive to the magical attractions of Disney and Universal. The central location also makes it easy to plan day trips to Florida's stunning beaches. As a bonus, the villa has a fun games room with a variety of games.

Guests can enjoy the entire house, excluding the owner's closet.

We're available in person or by phone if you need any help during your stay. Keep in mind that pool and spa heat are not included in the nightly rate but can be added for a small daily fee.
