The studio features a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area (bar table and stools), a double bed (140x190), a spacious bathroom with a shower, vanity, and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Outside, you’ll have access to an enclosed courtyard where you can park your car, as well as grassy areas with patio furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol. Upon request, the owner will let you use the tennis court adjacent to the cottage. All utilities are included in the price of your stay (heating, electricity, air conditioning); the bed will be made upon your arrival, and towels and linens will be provided.
