The gîte counts with a sitting/dining room, and equiped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a shower room and a toilet. There is an extra charge for the electricity and the firewood (35€/m3). Bed and house linen are included. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: the forests close be are ideal for hiking and cycling, there is a fishfarm at 5km and the reservoir of Paisy Cosdon at 13km. This detached house is established in the heart of a farm outbuilding situated at the doors of the Pays d'Othe, at 18km of Troyes and 20km from the A5 motorway.
