Séjour mitigé

Maison agréable (terrasse, salon, chambres, etc.) dans un quartier calme. Malheureusement, le descriptif ne correspond pas totalement à la réalité : - comme les précédents locataires, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y a pas souvent d'eau chaude (un peu le soir, rarement le matin), - comme les précédents locataires, nous sommes déçus qu'un seul des deux WC fut accessible, - la poubelle de la cuisine était cassée (couvercle non fonctionnel), - il y avait beaucoup de nourriture dans les placards et le réfrigérateur, ce qui expliquait la présence de nombreux charançons. Tout ceci a été évoqué avec la propriétaire...

Pour une nouvelle propriĂ©tĂ© a louer encore quelque suggestion fait a la propriĂ©taire pour le minimum a avoir pour accomoder ces clients, trĂšs bien positionnĂ© pour marche a pied au village et centre des attractions autant cotĂ© nord et sud. Par contre trĂšs long a avoir de l'eau chaude et souvent pas du tout qui devrait ĂȘtre rĂ©glĂ© bientĂŽt . Je le recommande trĂšs propre.

Globalement bon séjour avec un bémol

Jolie petite maison en RDC avec une petite cour. La maison est bien rĂ©novĂ©e et bien situĂ©e. Elle est Ă  5 mn du carrefour market et 10 mn Ă  pieds du port. Le quartier est assez calme et l’on se gare dans la rue devant la maison. Par contre pas de pression d’eau et pas d’eau chaude exeptĂ© un peu le soir. Attention sur l’annonce il est indiquĂ© 2 toilettes mais un seul fonctionne et il est dans la salle de bain. L’autre est condamnĂ©. Nous avions choisi cette location pour avoir deux toilettes et avons donc Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. La plaque de cuisson comporte 2 feux gaz et 2 Ă©lectrique. Dommage que le gaz ne fonctionne pas car le soir il y a des coupures d’électricitĂ©. J’espĂšre que la propriĂ©taire va rĂ©soudre le problĂšme de toilette ou modifier la description de son logement.

TrÚs belle résidence dans quartier calme

Nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli par notre hÎte Rolande. La maison, située dans un quartier calme, est superbement décorée et trÚs bien équipée. Bonne localisation, à proximité d'un supermarché et des activités à faire sur Ste Rose et ses alentours. Nous recommandons vivement !

Maison de vacances parfait pour un séjour en Guadeloupe

Romande (l’hĂŽte) nous a accueilli trĂšs chaleureusement avec des mets guadeloupĂ©ens. Nous Ă©tions 5 amies et nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour. La maison est parfaite et bien situĂ©e. Il y a de l’air conditionnĂ© dans les chambres, 2 terrasses et un jardin, une cuisinĂ©e Ă©quipĂ©e, le wifi, une tĂ©lĂ© et tout ce qu’il vous faut pour passer un sĂ©jour exceptionnelle. On est a cĂŽtĂ© de la plage de Deshaies (une des plus belles plages de la Guadeloupe). Le carrefour est a 2 minutes Ă  pied de la maison. Je recommande cette maison et Rolande a 200%
