The Space:

Hit the beach is pet friendly up to 2 dogs with a 60 lbs. limit for a $200 pet rental rate per pet. The yard is fenced so your dogs can have room to run.



The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old.

- No smoking in or on-premise.

- Pets allowed with an additional pet fee ($250 per pet).

Access the home with a keyless entry! Smart lock with a unique code given for each guest.
