Ample parking for cars and trailers.

This modern, open concept home has been completely renovated with no detail spared. Your group can gather in the large kitchen island with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, in the living space with large sectional couch, or enjoy a meal together in the dining room. The outdoor space is immense, including multi-level decks, tiki hut eating area and huge, heated saltwater pool. Relax in the reading loft, watch the sunset from the deck and wind down for the night in comfort in one of the four bedrooms featuring comfortable mattresses with luxury, high thread count sheets.

Working from home or going to school during your stay? We've got you covered! Set up one of our portable computer desks anywhere that you're comfortable (we recommend next to the pool) and our mesh wi-fi system makes sure you have signal throughout the house and yard.

This house is on the beach side of Daytona Beach / Daytona Beach Shores. It is located in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood across from the Oceans Golf and Tennis club (open to the public). Walk the beach or - even better - drive right onto one of the largest, drive-on beaches in the area. Walk to Publix and Walgreens; convenient to dining, shopping, the Daytona Beach Boardwalk, Daytona Lagoon, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and so much more!

We are a fun and adventure-loving couple with grown children who love the beach and restore classic cars as a hobby. We fell in love with Daytona after a family holiday in 2017 and couldn't find a better spot to set up our little corner of paradise.

When we saw this house, we simply fell in love. The newly remodeled home was perfect in terms of size, layout and style. This is not just a vacation rental - this is also a family house that we set up with both our needs and yours in mind.

What makes this property unique

Not only is this property high on style, it is fully functional with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or to simply relax with family and friends. The location is ideal - the house is set in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is convenient to recreation, dining and nightlife. Walk to the beach in under 10 minutes, walk across the street to golf, tennis and bocce courts, or just enjoy the sunset from the back deck.
