Cozi Beach house in the most awesome location, completely remodeled offering 3 queen bedrooms and an awesome bunk room with big screen TV and gaming systems to keep the kids busy. Mud-Room/Office/Multi-purpose space with washer/dryer. 5 minute walk to the world's most famous beach, 5 minute walk to Sunset Park for awesome sunsets located on the inter-coastal waterway, 5 minute walk to McElroy Park which offers pickle-ball courts, playground and 2 dog parks. Publix and Walgreens are located on the backside of the park and 1 mile south there is Starbucks, Jimmy Hula's, Dunes Brewery, Our Deck Down Under, The Dairy Bar and the Casual Bird.
