Lower Level, Apartment Style Beach House!

WELCOME TO ELSA! Lower-level only, large apartment-style space with a keyless personal entrance. Includes 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full and 1/2 baths, WIFI, tv's in all bedrooms/LR with Netflix, screened-in porch, and golf cart! ELSA is located in a gated community to ensure safety. Access to parks, indoor & outdoor pools, splash pad, private beach access, hot tub, basketball court, dog park, and tennis courts. Short walk to the beach, summer activities at the community center & mini-golf pick up! We hope you enjoy your stay!

This HOME AWAY FROM HOME has a keyless entry personalized just for you, beach chairs & games, parking for up to 5 cars, a community located across from the grocery store, a picnic table, and Adirondack chairs for comfort.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please place used towels in the shower.

Please make sure the golf cart keys and key card for the gate are left hanging on hook.

Wash all the beach sand off the golf cart using the water hose on the opposite side of the house, and park the golf cart under the awning.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice place in Surfside. Perfect for the short stay on a college visit to Coastal Carolina. Great access to the beach. Owners very nice, helpful and the communication was great.

This was an awesome place to stay!!! We can down for the Jeep Jam and it had enough space so i could take the top of my jeep. Very nice area and neighborhood to be in, very quiet.

It is small but worked great for our family of 7! It is such a nice community! There is no longer a flat grill outside it is a charcoal one and the indoor pool was closed for renovations but that didn't stop us from having a fun time! Also having a golf cart to use was a HUGE plus and lots of fun! Would definitely go back!

We loved our stay at the Elsie. We plan to go back next year. Love it was wheelchair accessible. There was 4 of us and plenty of room. Would recommend it. Short walk to beach, loved it being in a gated community.

We stayed at this apartment-style condo in Myrtle Beach for a 3-day golf trip and it couldn’t have been more convenient. Check-in was super smooth with a simple door code—no keys to worry about. The place was spotless and ready for us on arrival. While we didn’t use the golf cart that was available, it was a nice bonus to have. The condo was close to plenty of great courses and just 20-30 minutes from some of the top ones in the area. Also a quick 20-minute ride from the airport. Would definitely stay here again for our next golf trip!

Great vacation. Owners very responsive. We had no issues. It’s not a full kitchen which wasn’t an issue for our group since we had a total of 4 properties and usually ate dinner together at the larger one. Will def be back to the Myrtle Beach area.

Family vacation

Perfect for what we needed for our family of 7. We had plenty of room. We spent a lot of time outside, and the screened in room was good if you didn't want to be eaten by mosquitoes, but wanted to be part of the conversation. The beach was so close, and my grandon loved the splash pad.
