Welcome to our Fun-Filled 5-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom home. Bursting with style, comfort, and room to roam, this family-friendly home is your ticket to non-stop enjoyment. The expansive living room, kitchen, and dining room, adorned with vaulted ceilings and panoramic windows showcasing Lily Lake, set the stage for endless family adventures.

Step outside and sink your toes in the sandy beach, lounge on one of our comfortable beach chairs, take a refreshing dip in the crystal - clear water, or grab a kayak and explore the picturesque shoreline. As the day turns to dusk, gather around a crackling bonfire, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the starlit sky. This idyllic beachfront setting offers the perfect backdrop for unforgettable lakeside memories with family and friends.

The house sits on a large beautifully landscaped lot, with a sandy beachfront right on the shore of Lily Lake. The summers are great for boating, jet skiing, fishing, sunbathing and swimming. Fall and spring, ATV’s can be ridden at nearby Richard Bond State Recreation Area (11mi). Winter is for snowmobiling, skiing and ice fishing with close location to Wilmot (7mi), Grand Geneva (15mi) and Alpine (22mi) ski resorts.

The open concept living room is spacious with ample seating for 10 -12 in front of the gas log fireplace and 55 inch flat screen HD SmartTV. Enjoy the surround sound system in this room as you watch your favorite programs, movies and sporting events. In the summer months, open the double sliding glass doors and relax in the three season, screened-in porch! In winter months, the warmth of the home creates an indoor ambiance perfect for reading books, sipping tea, and cozying up with a warm blanket.

An 8 seating solid wood dining table and 4 bar stools at the granite counter allow for ample seating for dinners. The kitchen appliances are all stainless steel and the counters granite. There is a microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, Keurig with carafe or single serve options, Vitamix, Insta-pot and toaster. In addition, there is a washer and dryer available.

The main floor and lower level bedrooms have queen-sized mattresses. 2nd floor master suite has a king and the 5th bedroom has bunk beds with full size mattresses.

All bedrooms are carpeted. Ceramic tile in all bathrooms. Lower level has radiant heat. Walkout ground floor offers large recreation room with foosball table, wet bar, full size wine cooler and flat screen TV. All bedrooms have new mattresses!

From the ground floor walk out to to a partially covered patio which includes outdoor fireplace, firepit, gas grill and smoker, and patio seating for 8. A stone staircase then leads to a second, lower level spacious lakefront terrace. From here guests enjoy full access to a private beach (when water line permits), pier, and diving platform.

The location of this property allows guests to easily venture out for a meal or afternoon of shopping in Lake Geneva 13 miles away.

Lily Lake offers a wonderful mix of active recreation and quiet relaxation. It is our desire to offer this vacation rental to guests, that will appreciate the serenity of this community and be respectful of our neighbors. Keeping noise levels low (especially after 10:30pm), maintaining slow speeds on the entry road, and keeping the grounds in good order are all elements of making a visit satisfying to all involved.
