This exceptional beachfront unit has a private screened-in patio offering great views overlooking the white sand gulf beach and spectacular sunsets. Why stay at a hotel for your vacation, when you can stay at this beautiful newly furnished non-smoking condo unit with its fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed and a living area with two sleeper sofas. The resort has a heated pool, elevator, new washers and dryers, shuffleboard, gas BBQ grills and tables. A convenient full service grocery store, Marina, and Bistro are across the street. The resort is mid-island for a less crowded beach experience but the local trolley can take you to anywhere on the island. Lovers Key, Sanibel, other public beaches and attractions are just a short drive away. This discounted and rarely available condo is yours to rent by the week of Jan 16 to 23rd or Jan 23 to 30th of 2027 in unit 502 and/or Jan 30 to Feb 6th of 2027 in unit 305.
