You will never want to leave this incredible 3 bedroom home with screen porch, Tiki Bar and WiFi in family friendly Bluewater Subdivision. Great indoor and outdoor spaces, well stocked and close to the beach.


Primary Bedroom (King), Bedroom 2 (Queen / Twin Built-in Bunk), Bedroom 3 (Queen / Twin Built-in Bunk). Primary Bath (Large Rain-head Shower only), Guest Bath (Large freestanding soaking tub).



BEACH ACCESS: Subdivision has full beach access roads.

Absolutely beautiful home! Short walk to beach or drive onto the beach with a $10 parking permit!

Home was absolutely beautiful! So relaxing to be in any room or space from the beachy decor. Outdoor space was peaceful and a beautiful scene of trees, cute homes and the water not too far away. We had everything we needed in the home and the stores and gas were not far away. Outdoor shower made for easy rinse off of ourselves and beach toys. We will be back!

Nice getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The place is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I would suggest to change would be the possibility of a propane grill and traction tape on the steps. It was raining when we left and the wood steps were extremely slippery and my husband fell. He is ok but would be worried of maybe older ones. We hope to be back during the summer!

Great Stay and Cabin with one exception

We had a really great stay and the cabin was really lovely. However, I actually rented this cabin over a different cabin and paid a little more because I thought the sun room would be really nice to sit in in the evening with my kids and avoid the bugs but this room was a big let down when we saw it. It looked nothing like the pictures. It did not even have the furniture in it to sit on. It had two broken chairs with mildewed cushions on them and the rest of the room was just dirty and gross. Literally night and day from the pictures. My biggest issue was that we rented through Cobb Real Estate and when I reached out to them about this they didn't even respond. When I emailed again they just gave me a vague email about how they have let management know. Not even an apology. This was more bothersome than anything else. I would have given it 5 stars because everything else was very lovely but I was looking forward to this sunroom and we didn't even go in it it was so dirty and gross.

Beach Bliss

The property is immaculate! We all said we could live full time in this home. Spacious with all the upgrades. Full kitchen for cooking and comfortable furniture. Within minutes walking to the beach for some amazing views and pleasant breeze (even in 100 degree days). We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was well appointed & comfortable for me, my wife & our son (13) & 2 daughters (10, 5). It’s so close to a beach entrance that I was able to leave our spot on the beach, pick up something we forgot & get back in 8 minutes. Also the property managers were great to work with. Highly recommend!
