The fully equipped kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything you'll need to prepare meals at home including a refrigerator with an ice maker, a new dishwasher, a glass top self-cleaning oven, a toaster, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining room offers seating for 4 and is perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.

Wake up every morning and walk out the sliders to the ocean view balcony from the spacious bedroom featuring a king-size bed, smart TV, an updated dressing area with a new sink, and vanity. The updated, full bath is accessible from the bedroom and hallway and features a tub/shower combination with an additional sink and vanity.

The Castle Reef is an oceanfront complex with a car-free, white sandy beach to enjoy. Amenities include an oceanfront pool(heated seasonally during the winter months) with a huge paved sun deck, a shaded pavilion, a kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts, tennis and pickleball courts, 3 gas bar-b-que grills, and lush tropical landscaping throughout the complex. The clubhouse, near the bar-b-que grills, features a small kitchenette and tables outside or in to enjoy lunch by the oceanside. Within walking distance to the Catholic Church and directly across the street from a shopping center with a small grocery store, several tasty restaurants, hair and nail salons, an ice cream store, and a beachwear outlet. During the winter months, snowbirds will love the planned activities by the residents which will keep you busy including golf at several local golf courses.

It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's.

Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach. One-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques can be found within a short drive or bike ride on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street.
