Located at Castle Reef, where you have direct access to the beach, pool, shuffle board courts, grills and tennis courts. This corner unit is the perfect place for you to snuggle up with a good book on the balcony and listen to the waves. For those that want to keep their toes in the sand, there's some beach games, including bocce ball, enjoy a relaxing dip in the ocean and soak up the warm Florida Sunshine.. You don't have to travel far with restaurants and grocery stores located within walking distance. Or a few-minute drive to Flagler or Canal Street to frequent the local watering holes, shopping districts and even more restaurants. This is home away from home. 🩵

The beach! My mother lived most of her last years in New Smyrna Beach. It’s a very special place. It’s peaceful and beautiful. The people are great and it’s not the typical busy touristy beach.
What makes this property unique
This condo is filled with everything you will need during your stay. Being right on the beach, you can just walk right out and you are there. It doesn’t get much better than that!
