Gorgeous mountain view house with private deck

Best, top of the mountain home. We love it and you will too! We are perched at the top of Juniper Mountain Road with incredible views of Alpine Meadows Ski Area and the Munchkin Chutes. With a private setting and a private deck, this upgraded, mountain house is the perfect retreat for families. We offer a split-level home with 4 bedrooms (master ensuite), a loft for separate relaxing and TV watching, a wonderful gas fireplace and a huge outdoor hot tub. My family and I have had many amazing adventures here and so many wonderful memories. We are sure you will too.

Beautiful Location, Perfect Space

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was serene, beautiful and convenient. We had 2 families of 4 (8 total) and felt like the accommodations were perfect. The kids all slept in a bunk room that they were excited about. The hot tub was right off of the living area and the open concept kitchen / living area with mountain views was very special. We had a few snowed in days and enjoyed those days relaxing at the home just as much as the skiing days. We do hope to make it back to stay at this property!

Perfect family ski house

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's place. It was spacious, great for both socializing with everyone staying but enough space if you needed quiet as well. Overall the house was warm, quiet, and clean - all the things I hope for when on vacation. We travelled with four adults, two teens, and two elementary school aged kids. The bedrooms were downstairs and out of the way so the adults could stay up later and chat without keeping them up. The drive to Palisades Tahoe was an easy drive, about 10 minutes away and we found it very easy to go back and forth. I would absolutely stay at this house again in a heartbeat.

Squaw Valley Home

This is a beautiful home with spectacular views and hottub on the deck from which yoiu can gaze at the stars or the mountains. It is very clean, well-stocked, and bright. The owner is very kind and responsive. The only issue is that it is advertised as a four bedroom and the fourth bedroom is more of a bonus room in a bit of an alcove overlooking the living room with a large glass window and thus quite small and little privacy. The house also generally lacks places dressers and drawers, so that the second bedroom has very liittle place to put things. Overall, we really enjoyed it, and highly recommend it. We had a terrific week.

Amazing house and design of functional space

This is one of the best house we have stayed at (we do an annual snow trip every year). All the spaces was designed to be made functional (all the shelves! :) ) allowing for an organized house and extra space. The hot tub location is just amazing! We are not quite excited about the location as it is not accessible by public transit and we had to drive to the slopes. Overall highly recommend!

Beautiful Home for visiting Tahoe

This home was very comfortable for our family of 7, we enjoyed the deck and the view. Paul was a responsive and friendly host. Being from the south, we aren't accustomed to homes without A/C, but other than one night of a heat wave, we were very comfortable with the windows open. The location is very close to several outdoor activities and grocery stores. Would stay here again!

Beautiful views

The house was just as expected from the listing. It was very comfortable, and perfect for my two little ones, ages 4 and 6. Upon entry to the house, you are on a level with one single twin bed in a room across from a small sitting area. Down the stairs brings you into the main living space and open kitchen which has a door access to an outdoor patio with a hot tub. We never got in the hot tub, but it did look inviting. Down the next set of stairs were two bathrooms, then down one more stairs you get to the three bedrooms. All very comfortable beds and cozy. We spent a lot of time at the lake, which was a short drive away and felt comfortable at Paul's house. He was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!!! Thanks Paul.

Perfect spring getaway

We loved our stay at this cabin. Everything was clean, cozy and easy. New appliances and yet all the daily necessary items to with which to cook including spices and condiments. The views are fantastic and the hot tub and deck lovely. It was an 8 min drive to the bottoms of Squaw which is where we were skiing and about 12 min to Tahoe Coty for a grocery run. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Really great house near Alpine Meadows

This house is at the top of a hill near Alpine Meadows. It has really great views. It has three bedrooms downstairs: King BR with bathroom & shower, Queen BR and one bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds. It also has a small bedroom with a twin bed off the foyer. The main level has one great room with kitchen, dining table and small, but cozy, living room. Overall, the great room is on the small side, but was fine for family of 4. The living room has a gas fireplace that is beautiful and really throws off heat. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped relative to other houses I have stayed at. There is a deck with well-maintained hot tub off the living room. This house has beautiful finishes (plaster walls, etc.) relative to other houses and is super well-maintained. Overall, a beautiful place to stay. Only con was the internet was slow, glacially slow sometimes, so if you have to work you might have to use your phone’s hotspot.

Alpine Meadows

Fantastic property, convenient location to Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley ski areas. This beautifully updated property had everything our group (2 adults and 4 teenagers) needed to relax and enjoy a New Years skiing get away. Plenty of beds with high-quality, comfortable bedding, extra pillows and blankets provided. 2 & 1/2 bathrooms with an abundance of towels. Master bath has two shower heads and a steam shower. The kitchen literally had everything we needed to prepare/grill/bake and serve large meals. Extra paper supplies, a full spice cabinet, etc... along with a full size washer/dryer with laundry supplies. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a day of skiing, extra towels provided for this as well! The views of Alpine ski area and the surrounding hills/pines are magical, especially when covered in a blanket of snow. Heated floors in the kitchen and the spacious mud room. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Gorgeous house

Is a beautiful place with great space, high-end build out and super clean. Views are amazing. Make sure your car can get up a hill in the snow/ice. Would def stay here again.
