INTERIOR
The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area where about ten families live. The road serving this residential area is a private dead-end street, secured at the entrance by a metal gate.
The entrance is facing the sea with a nice living room and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony overlooking the bay of Fautea.

une location superbe

la location, le vue, la taille de la maison mettre une serviette, une minimum de produits de nettoyages, et on a trouvee les matelas vraiment tres petits, surtout pour 2 ados dans une meme lits -)

Villa Genovèze

Conciergerie et agence immobilière très disponibles. Vue superbe et bien située. Plage sympa à pieds MAIS... En revanche la maison nous a déçus : état vieillissant, table avec pied cassé, chaises abîmées, porte placard cassée, joints sdb grossiers, volet roulant coincé qui ne fonctionne plus... On s'attend, compte tenu du montant du loyer et des photos de la villa, à de meilleures prestations. Le summum ce sont les 34 nids d'hirondelles accrochés à la maison ! Espèce protégée soit... mais les autres villas du site n'ont pas de nid. Terrasse salie tous les jours par les hirondelles : obligation de nettoyer les chaises transats la table sans compter nos cheveux ! Impossible de faire sécher le linge, serviettes ou maillots. C'est bien dommage. Enfin la 2nde terrasse sans piscine avec des fauteuils et table basse n'a pas été utilisée. Sur photo elle semble super mais en réalité les fauteuils sont très sales. L'agence nous a proposé un petit remboursement pour la gêne occasionnée de 200 euros, que finalement nous n'avons pas eu.

Une vue à couper le souffle

Villa avec tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur pour les vacances, une belle terrasse avec une piscine à débordement et une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la tour genoise de Fautea, une autre derrière avec vue sur le maquis. Tout à été parfait.
