Built in 2019, our Poolhouse combines modern amenities with the charm of island life, creating the ideal setting for your perfect vacation.

Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. However, as this is all about island living, the rest of the Poolhouse embraces a patio and pool lifestyle, so the kitchen, dining, and living areas do not have AC.

Suitable for guests 25 years of age and older.

Please note that this property isn’t specifically designed for children or infants, as there is no gate or fence around the pool, but families are welcome!

Beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, and coolers are all provided.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off AC.
Please put garbage in the shed in the parking lot. Code: GROW 3
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be considerate of the environment and the host when using AC. AC is to be turned off when not in use, and always when leaving the villa.
Grounds crew will be on site early each morning clean the pool . Please let the host know via the VRBO app if you would like this to be suspended.
Children are to always be supervised by a responsible adult when in or near the pool. No glassware on patio or in pool.

Location was close to beach, groceries and restaurants. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Parking was great. Always felt safe during our visit both inside and outside the property. Property well maintained and kept nice. Laundry on site was helpful since we were continuing our vacation. Little extras such as laundry soap, spices, toilet paper, beach chairs and umbrellas helped a lot. Blender got a lot of use! We had a small hiccup when we arrived on Easter Sunday and tried to enter the house but the host resolved it quickly to our satisfaction. We would return to this property and highly recommend.

The Poolhouse By The Beach was the perfect place to stay! The house and pool were great for 2 couples and the very short walk to the beautiful Grace Bay beach made it even better! There is a reef to snorkel just off the beach only a few more steps once you arrive at the ocean. We snorkeled, swam in the pool and explored so many of the local restaurants. If you have found this listing - look no further - just book it!

Wonderful stay in a great location

We loved our stay at the Poolhouse by the Beach. There were three of us and the space was perfect. The beach is very close and an easy walk. The pool was refreshing to return to each day. Overall, we had a great time and the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here if we return.

We had an amazing vacation! The house is beautiful, clean, and so close to the beach! The beds are comfortable, the pool is amazing! After spending the day at the beach and snorkeling, we would come back and relax in the pool before dinner. We rented a car and it’s a quick drive to get to restaurants and stores, or go to other beaches. We would definitely come back and recommend pool house by the beach to everyone! Amazing family Turks beach holiday

Came with wife and 4 year old and we all had an amazing stay. Modern property with full amenities that comes fully as advertised. Very available owners who live nearby. We loved the pool. The beautiful Bight beach is a short stroll from the property.Definitely planning on returning next year.

Paradise Poolhouse by the Beach

This was the perfect space for my daughter (15), mother (78) and me (50). The property is peaceful and very well cared for. A short walk to quiet part of the beach and easy drive to sights, shops and restaurants. We hope to return next year!

Our week long stay at Judy's house was perfect. She had everything we needed to enjoy the beach--chairs, towels, umbrellas. We loved walking to Coral Gardens to snorkel and had an easy drive to any other adventure on the island. The house and pool area were sparkling clean. We hope to return!

Fabulous week!

We had a fabulous stay at the Poolhouse. You truly can’t beat the location! The walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes. The house itself is lovely and quaint - our kids really loved having our own pool. Was a nice contrast after a day at the beach! We did minimal cooking but everything is there to make your meals. A/C in the rooms was a nice touch, too - stayed nice and cool. Can’t wait to get back!

Perfect Location Lovely House Wonderful Hosts We stayed an extra day bc so awesome

Really lovely place, perfect place to stay near coral gardens that has tons of fish to see snorkeling and also when you book a boat tour they pick up right there, kind and communicative hosts, refreshing pool after the beach, plenty of hot water that never runs out with cool AC! There's beach umbrellas and chairs with an ice chest. It's everything you need! Will try and stay there again!
