GARDENIA VILLA is a large one room 1000 square feet 1 bedroom villa located at Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas).

Gardenia Villa is a stand alone villa with a master bedroom, two sleeper sofas in the living room (so will accommodate up to six guests), a full kitchen, private bathroom and fully screened in porch. There is also a lovely deck over looking the canal off the master bedroom.

There is also a beautiful French balcony which overlooks the canal and our lush tropical gardens off the Master Bedroom too. Gardenia Villa is ideal for family's and is great value, making for an ideal choice.

Air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls, daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge.

Gardenia Villa is located amongst tropical, landscaped gardens overlooking the canal and is very close to both our centrally located swimming pools.

There is beach access from the villa, which is just a few steps away to our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean.

Our street is a quiet residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it.

You simply cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean.

Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please.

Sarah and I live on island full time. We're always here to help and answer any questions you may have.

Our on site team will take wonderful care of you, but if for any reason they are unable to help - we're just a phone call away.

We provide you with a local cell phone so you can reach out to us whenever you need, or indeed make local calls to make dinner reservations etc.

We can assist with securing dinner reservations, booking excursions etc.

Our villas are just a short ride away from Providenciales International Airport.

If you decide to hire a car we can provide you with simple driving directions. It will not take more than 10 minutes from leaving the airport to reach our villas. You'll be on the beach in no time!

Alternatively you can catch a taxi from the airport to the villas. We recommend Glorias taxi and you can pre book your transfer with them prior to your arrival. We will provide you all the necessary details upon making are reservation with us.

Turtle Cove is a quiet residential area - with all the amenities of the busier Grace Bay area.

We are located on the western end of Grace Bay Beach - you can walk from our villas all the way through Grace Bay to Leeward. You get the luxury of the most beautiful beach in the world...without any crowds!

Located within walking distance the is the Turtle Cove Marina which is home to many of the water sports providers (we recommend Islands Vibes), a car rental company (Scooter Bobs) and several restaurants (Mango Reef, Sharkbite, The Naughty Gull, Simones, Tiki Hut, Magnolia & More).

Nothing is very far in Providenciales! Its very easy to get around.

If you need direction to anywhere in particular - just ask, we pretty much know every last inch of the island and can ensure you get to your destination with ease.
