Maison Au Soleil is your perfect beachfront vacation home in Sunrise Beach Resort. The views from this penthouse, west facing, corner unit cannot be beat! On a clear day you can see for MILES! The sunsets from the balcony are stunning. They make the perfect backdrop to all those vacation pictures. This newly remodeled unit with 10' ceilings has a great floorplan. The rooms are spacious and inviting. A large leather sectional with electric recliners allows you to relax in luxury while you enjoy the beachfront view. You are walking distance from restaurants, Gulf World, Pier Park and right on the beach. The amenities include two pools (one heated October through March), hot tubs, a mushroom splash pads for the kids, a workout facility, and FREE beach chair service for two (between March and October). Parking is located UNDER the building. No need to park across the street and walk over! Watch dolphins play in the water while drinking your morning coffee on the balcony. And if you happen to be here during the 4th of July, you can enjoy TWO amazing fireworks shows from both the City Pier and the County Pier, right on your balcony. This is THE best view in Panama City Beach!!

Sunrise Beach is a great location! You can rent jet skis, take a banana boat ride and parasail right in front of the property. Centrally located on Front Beach Drive, you are just a mile from Pier Park. You can walk or drive there and enjoy their shops, restaurants and the Sky Wheel. Many restaurants are less than a mile away and easily walkable - Sharky's, Runaway Island, Moe's Original Barbecue, and Diego's, just to name a few. Gulf World is just a 1/2 mile away. Your family can walk to the great aquarium and experience the daily shows and exhibits. There is also a place right across the street where you can rent golf carts. The marina is just 15 minutes away. You can charter a boat to go to Shell Island, go deep sea fishing or take a dolphin cruise. For groceries, Walmart is just a mile away. You can also choose to use CondoCierge and order your groceries ahead of time to be delivered so you can immediately start relaxing! There are lots of activities your older kids can walk to! They can take a helicopter tour of Panama City Beach, play mini golf, walk to Pier Park and do laser tag, catch a movie, experience an escape room or do some shopping. A short drive will get you to St. Andrew's State Park to explore all nature has to offer.

Fall break 23

We love PCB!! The condo was amazing! Very clean. And the views were perfect! We saw dolphins, a few stingrays, jellyfish and I finally saw a sea turtle!! We are already looking forward to next year!

Fully loaded with a great view

We've stayed in 15+ units over the years and this was by far our favorite. It was clean, had updated decorations and funishings and lots of extras in the kitchen.

Getaway with family friends and a million dollar view!

We came to Panama City with our best friends & their family. 4 adults, 5 kids. The condo was perfect. The views were sensational. You won’t want to leave the balcony. The pool was great, the fitness center was great, the rental chairs were a great perk so we didn’t have to fight to get a spot on the beach each day. You’ve got restaurants, bars, grocery stores all around you, so you’re right in the thick of things. If we come to Panama City again, we would definitely like to stay here again & highly recommend it to others!

Why they chose this property

The wrap around balcony gives you the most complete view in Panama City Beach. You are beachfront, you get the nightlife view of Front Beach and you can see the bay. We have stayed in several different places in PCB but nothing compared to this view. The layout is also different and much more inviting and functional than you will find in other places. Very spacious in every way!

What makes this property unique

All TVs in the unit are smart TVs, the refrigerator can play Pandora music for you, the large sectional has 4 recliners and USB ports in the consoles. We have tried to think of every detail that a guest may need.

It is so convenient to have parking in the same building. So many locations here in PCB require you to park across the street and walk over to yet another elevator. Not here! One elevator takes you from your car all the way to your unit.
