Come escape to our beautifully decorated condo. The tropical colors of our condo will set you at ease as you're looking out to the beautiful gulf. In the bedroom there is a King-sized bed with an extra comfortable mattress. There is a new living room furniture & a Tommy Bahama chest is in the living room to store your clothes. (No living out of your suitcase). We have a 50 in. Smart TV in the living area & a 42 in TV in the bedroom . Free Internet access. The kids will love the built-in bunks in the hall, also big enough to sleep adults. The kitchen has granite counter tops & is fully equipped if you like to cook. There is a new front load LG washer/dryer in the unit & tile floors throughout the unit. The view is amazing from our balcony.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Such a great vacation & we loved the condo!! It was very tastefully decorated, had loads of amenities, including washer/dryer and tons of kitchen equipment. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about it or how wonderful Connie was to work with. This place is a must stay for Panama City Beach!!

Another stay at this great condo!

We just spent another month here and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. It’s easy to start thinking of this place as a second home to us. Everything seems familiar, the repeat snowbirds are becoming like family and the facilities are so well looked after. We plan to return again next winter.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Boardwalk. Check in was easy & all the staff were super friendly! Our host Connie was the sweetest & always a message away when we needed her. The views from our balcony were gorgeous & the walk to the pool/beach was a breeze. Multiple elevators made the wait time easier, & everyone was willing to hold them for each other. Overall, we definitely recommend it!

Great Location

This condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. A great location if you like a quieter area and less crowded beach. There are plenty of chairs around the pool & the restaurant fish tacos were yummy. There are 5 elevators that run quickly so being on the 12th floor wasn’t an issue at all.

The condo was very clean; the location and view were outstanding, parking was easy and convenient, elevators were readily available. We left one day early due to our personal preference of sleeping on a firm mattress and our achy backs resulting from sleeping on a softer (but very nice and new) mattress. We are leaving a 5-star rating because the condo is otherwise perfect and we understand people have different preferences for mattresses.

The property was neat, clean and decorated nicely. We had a problem with the TV in the family room for over half of our stay. Fortunately we were gone a lot.

Great location and fun family time

We booked our stay based on location due to our daughters softball tournament. It was absolutely perfect! The condo is family friendly, the pool is fun, and the beach is gorgeous and not crowded! We cooked a lot since every restaurant seemed to be a minimum hour wait. Our girls loved the bunk beds and this was the only condo in our group of friends that had curtains so the kids could sleep while the adults could stay up a little longer. Would definitely recommend this location. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing getaway.

This property was exactly like the pictures online. It was decorated so cute, furniture was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Our weather was wonderful and this was a nice escape from Minnesota snow. Hope to come back next year. Only complaint was the bed was so high and difficult for short person to get into.

Apparently you do love my condo since this is your 4th trip & maybe you just have a hard time expressing yourself but to label the review topic as Cleanness is harsh! I take pride in the upkeep & cleanliness of my condo & my cleaning lady does also. We come down to the condo every 2 or 3 months to make sure everything is taken care of such as paint touch up, any needed repairs. The rugs can get Dingy after the busy season but I know that they were clean. My cleaning lady washes them on a regular basic. They will all be replaced with new ones as I always do at the end of each season. The couch will be streamed cleaned as it may have a few spots on it but otherwise is in very good shape. I do appreciate any feedback & strive For all 5 star reviews. Thanks

Beautiful Paradise

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The condo was amazing. Everything worked like it was suppose to. The kitchen had everything you need. Very clean and well kept up. Beautiful view from such a large balcony. Such a cozy spot in paradise! The condominium building great. Plenty of elevators. The staff was nice and very helpful. There is a Tiki Bar that has adult drinks and great food! The guard shack makes you feel more safe no one can get in unless you have a parking tag. Pools and hot tubs were clean and so nice! Definitely coming back!

Some of the many features that make our condo special is a Tiki Bar on-site to have lunch beachside or just sip drinks & watch the game. There is a Children's Splash Zone, a Zero entry pool. We also have a Corner Market with Grocery items, ice cream & Starbucks coffee.
