BEST place for a multi-generation large family retreat. Our host, Albert, is incredible. Coordinating a large family coming from all over Texas can be challenging and Albert answered every question and request we had with patience and a quick response. If it could be done, he accommodated. This is a standout that rivals many properties and one that should be highlighted when considering this property. BEST place for your babies, toddlers, teens and adults. You really need to bring very little with you as the property has amole toys, books, entertainment and games. We used their high chair for our 20 month old, life jackets for kids of all ages at the lake, child-size gold clubs and balls for putting green, table tennis for hours, small playhouse in front yard, media and playroom upstairs. Cooking at this property has all you could need, fully stocked to bake, grill, and have large family meals. Big empty pantry and two refrigerators to have your groceries home delivered (convenient)! Nearby Walmart and other conveniences. Large bedroom downstairs for family who may not want to be upstairs to sleep. Many options for sleeping with trundles, daybeds. We appreciated the large dining table for our family games while also having a large circular table facing the canopy of trees in back of property. Working coffee pots, coffee grinders…. Air conditioning worked great for our blazing hot Texas heat. Jacuzzi was a joy to dip into. Albert, THANK YOU!

Family Getaway

Stayed here during Spring Break and everything went great. From fire pit to media room, everything worked well. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place

We had an absolute blast staying close to my nieces wedding venue. We got to use the media room for the Tyson fight and played some board games. A short walk to the lake and everyone loved this house.

Wonderful Home for a big family

My family of 8 enjoyed every minute of our stay. We didn’t even use all the bedrooms so if you have an even larger crew you would have plenty of room.

Great Family Getaway

Great house for our extended family of 12! We loved being a short walk to the lake. The grandkids and adults both enjoyed the foam water pad, kayaks, and paddle boards in the cove. The kitchen was well stocked, and it was nice having an extra refrigerator in the garage area. I would stay here again!

Beautiful house and perfect location

Great property and awesome communication from the owners! Everything was in perfect condition and my family loved the home. We were in town for my son’s wedding at the Olana so the location was only 10 minutes away. I would recommend this home highly.

Great stay at a great house

The house is huge and easily accommodated our 12 person bachelor weekend. It provided a great place to get away and just spend time together while also being close to grocery stores and restaurants when needed. Plenty of sleeping space with large kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. Albert was very responsive and was easy to work with. For a group this size, I highly recommend this home!

Fabulous gathering spot for multi families

THE BEST VRBO we’ve ever stayed at! Perfect room confirmations for multi families. Plenty to do for both adults and kids. Best host quick to respond with any issues we may have encountered with speedy resolution. Game room and nightly movies were a hit with the kids. Remote workers had plenty of wi-fi speed to complete their work prior to holiday fun. An overall fantastic experience for our family.

Great property !

Beautiful property with so much fun for the children as seen in the pictures. Playhouse & seesaw were a big hit. Extremely clean and well designed layout. Great home movie theater too. Being able to have a quick walk right out the back door to the lake was delightful. Fun with the firepit where the owners had even provided the ingredients to do your own Smores! One of the best properties we've ever rented and plan to come back!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing house! It was so well-designed for multiple families, and we couldn't believe how thoughtful and helpful the hosts were. They had literally thought of everything to make our stay unforgettable. The kids had a blast with all the fun activities available, and we all enjoyed taking a short walk to the serene lake. We even got to hear some lovely bird calls and unwind in the peaceful backyard. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back next time we're in the area. Awesome getaway property for families

We loved our stay, and it was exactly what we were looking for - close to our home in N Texas, lots of fun stuff for teens to do, in a relaxing rural setting. House is incredibly equipped with almost everything you might need. Hosts are great communicators and very responsive. Teen girls enjoyed hot tub, whole family enjoyed movie room, all sat around fire pit where we also grilled hot dogs and s’mores, skipped rocks on the lake….. very enjoyable time! Would definitely consider returning.

Wonderful getaway!!!

We had a fantastic time at this property!! Albert and Joy were great hosts and the house was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids under 7). Only pitfall was the lake was flooded from all the rain so we were not able to access the water at the house, but of course that’s no fault of the homeowners. I just can’t say if the swimming area near the home is good or not, I imagine it’s great. The house was very clean and fully stocked for all renters needs. Also there were a lot of bed options which was so great for us and the kids. We definitely hope to visit again in the future!

Albert saved the day! We had booked a different VRBO and the host of the OTHER property never sent us check-in information, leaving us completely stranded. Albert was very responsive and helped us check-in to his property that same day. There were only 4 of us, so we didn't even come close to using the entire house -- it is huge! The property has everything you could possibly need for a large family gathering. The location was awesome and so relaxing. We took several walks down to the lake and watched the sunset -- so very peaceful! Highly recommend this property and the host!

Family Reunion

This was the perfect property for our families to get together. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, as well as multiple fantastic spaces to come together. Even though it was late November, we spent plenty of time outside and loved the fire pit and lake. The theater room and the game rooms were other big hits. Communication with the hosts was exceptional, with very rapid help with any questions or issues. We were also impressed with the quality and organization of all the extras and accessories (indoor and outdoor games, AV systems etc) - the owners have gone the extra mile to make everything high quality and easy to find/use. We had a blast!
