Welcome to Pelican’s Place!!
From the moment you enter, the beach-inspired decor and inviting layout of the entire home it will enchant you, creating an atmosphere of serene holiday bliss.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of room to take care of all your family’s meals. Enjoy a casual meal at the kitchenette over looking the pool, or for those larger gatherings enjoy the dining room known as the home of the Pelican.
The living room is spacious and airy offering a large sectional sofa enough seating for everyone and a large curved screen TV for those movie nights.
When it’s time to rest , choose from our four bedrooms.
The primary is located on the first floor with a comfortable king size bed and En suite bathroom.
The first guest room “Palm Spring Retreat” offers a queen bed and overlooks the pool. The second guest room “The Pink Parrot” has a full size bed and also looks over the pool, with the bathroom right next door. The third guest room “ Out To Sea” has two twin beds, just waiting for the kids to start their adventure.
All of the bedrooms have TV’s you can stream live TV. Where you can log into your own Netflix’s or Prime accounts.
There is plenty of room for the whole family in this vacation paradise. Where you can make memories for a lifetime.
Relax in the private fenced backyard oasis which features a in-ground pool and twinkling lights, lounge chairs and a patio set with ample seating. If feeling in a competitive mood head to the air conditioned garage and play a game of pool!
With the world-famous beaches only five minutes away, you can play in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico all day . When you have soaked up all the sun and are ready to head back ,stop in at one of the many local culinary gems that offer an exceptional dining experience.
When you are done for the day head to your private oasis and start making plans for your next stay!!

This house was great. Rented it for our girls trip and it was perfect in every way. Very spacious and clean. The pool and backyard were the ideal hang out for us elders! Everything we needed was made available here. Would highly recommend. Good location to everything.

We really enjoyed the house, pool and amenities. The house was exactly like the posting. The pool is large and very deep, which was great for my kids. Highly recommend staying here on your vacation.

Great stay

Our family loved our time in the house and pool. If you’re going to cook in any, I would recommend bringing a few knives for food prep as well as some serving & storage containers. Other than that we found everything we needed. The private pool is fantastic. We really enjoyed it.

Very roomy house with plenty of space for me, my partner and my kids. Kids loved the pool area! Be advised that the pool gets deep on one end. About 10ft. Plenty of dining space and TVs in all rooms. Even had beach towels and plenty of linens. Check in and check out was easy. Thanks for letting us stay here Natashia! Had a wonderful time and made memories to last.

Awesome House!

Amazing house! We enjoyed every minute of our stay here with no issues. One of the few times we actually spent more time at the house than the beach! The pool and the pool table are an awesome touch! Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms and the living room with spacious couch and huge tv were perfect for relaxing after a day of soaking in the sun!

Beautiful House

We came to Navarre for Spring Break with 2 adults and 2 kids. The property was wonderful, very clean and we all had a great time. Plenty of things to do within the house and pool area. Only suggestion would be to add some lounge chairs outside. We had a great trip and Cecelia was fantastic to work with.

The house was just as advertised in the pictures. The neighborhood is good and quiet. Only took us about 5-10min to get the beach. The kitchen had almost everything needed to do 90% of our cooking at the house. The pool was also very handy when we didn’t make it to the beach or for a late afternoon swim. Property manager was quick to help with any questions we had before and during the stay.

The house was a short drive to the beach and was spacious enough for my group. The pool was great as well as the pool table and ping pong table that was provided. There were no complaints others than needing a tv in the bedrooms with access to Netflix etc.

With private pool

The location is good since it close to grocery and a short drive to Navarre beach. Having a pool is a plus since it rained on our first day. We enjoyed our stay my only concern is that the advertised price is only for 2 person, its confusing since it says sleeps 9. The host is also attentive when it comes to concerns, they give us a prompt response.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. This location is perfect for families. It's located right in between Pensacola and Destin without all the fuss. But if you wanted to go to the bigger beaches, not too far. The beach is a 5 minute drive. Navarre Beach is beautiful and not too crowded. The house is in a neighborhood that is quiet and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and updated. We love the family rec room with the pool table and darts. The pool is fun and the back yard is well taken care of. We highly recommend this place to stay. We've stayed here twice now.

It was a great experience.

The house is great! Its pretty amd very clean! I would 100% stay here again. The only thing that wasnt 100% perfect is the ac thermostat is a fancy one that wants to go up and down in range thoughout the day. I personally like the ones that stay at the temperature I want so its set when i get home.

This place is absolutely GORGEOUS! We loved the house and the area. Everything is within 5-10mins from the house but the house is in the perfect location off the main road. Soooo much space for everyone! Huge closets in every room! We stayed here with 6 people with 4 being kids. The pool was crystal clear and clean! The house was spotless as well! The kitchen as more then everything you need! The owners are AMAZING and sooo nice! Also very responsive and helpful with cool things to do and see while staying there! The game room in the garage was a huge hit for everyone. The house is also very nicly decorated and just so homey. We definitely plan to come back. 🤗

Not in a very nice neighborhood Dirty stained mattresses and mattress covers Garage/ game area stinks like smoke, musky, wet dog and was dirty Dish washer smelled rotten Refrigerator leaked water, ice maker and water not hooked up Patio furniture legs were rusting so bad the legs were different lengths No help from VBRO- they said they would not stay at the house but could NOT help us!! Wish I could add pictures. We were excited about the house before we left home but it turned out to be a huge disappointment, Definitely would not recommend

Great space and pool for family

House is cute, functional, and very clean. Pool was super clean and well kept; great to hang out in between beach visits and to relax at night. Located in a neighborhood and worth the 10 minute drive to have a private pool and comfortable space for 4 adults and 2 teens. The water pressure for the toilets and shower were quite low but mostly tolerable for 3 nights (plunge required a couple times). Three bathrooms were also great for two teenage boys...they had their own that I didn't have to go near! Fun stay with everything we needed.

Quick vacation

We came down to Navarre for a quick vacation before school starts. It was our first time in the area, and Cecilia gave us suggestions on things to do with our kids. We loved the house, especially the pool. Our kids had a blast. The kitchen had everything needed, as we typically like to cook some of our meals at home while on vacation. Location was great, close to grocery stores and coffee, but also far enough away from the crazy bustle. We would definitely stay again, for a longer time frame!
