Welcome to Lil Breezy! This is a brand new, custom built modern home with a private saltwater pool, located in a family friendly neighborhood, and just minutes from the crystal clear, emerald waters and white sands of Navarre Beach. This home away from home has something for everyone in the family and is perfect for your next trip to the area.



Inside is a spacious layout with an open concept living room, dining area, and brand new gourmet kitchen. The brand new kitchen comes equipped with all stainless steel appliances, luxury granite countertops, and high-end cookware. No expense was spared on the 3 bedrooms that come furnished with high-end Stearns & Foster, Sealy mattresses. Just off the living room is an open and bright covered patio overlooking the sparkling saltwater pool which is perfect for morning coffee, lunch, or afternoon cocktails. There is an outdoor TV so you won't miss the game while hanging at the pool. This home is great for families as it comes equipped with child safety features such as a pool alarm and safety gate separating the back door from the pool!



Bring your pup along. This home can accommodate 1 dog up to 100lbs for an additional non refundable pet fee of $50. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. Any dog on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay.



The home is located just a short 3 miles from the famous Navarre pier, the longest pier in Florida! Parking is plentiful and FREE at Navarre Beach Marine Park - steps from the beautiful white sand.

We had a wonderful stay over a busy Holiday Weekend. The neighborhood was close to the beach, close to groceries and restaurants. They had all the beach amenities we could have needed and it made our stay so enjoyable. The pool was absolutely perfect for our young children and the extra safety features gave us peace of mind. We hope to be back soon!

This was a beautiful place with a fantastic pool. It was also close to the beach, and neighborhood was very quiet which was nice. We stayed for four nights, and I can’t think of one negative thing about our stay! We will be back again! Thank you!

We absolutely loved this property! The pool was exceptional. The house was super clean. The only problem we had was we missed the fire pit. It was no longer working, but other than that it was an absolute wonderful property to stay at! Highly recommend! Location to everything is perfect and just minutes from the beach.

Great house for our family. Completely stocked for everything you need. Beach gear, pack and play, large dog crate, bumbo seat, even a few monitors for kids. Our dog loved it is as well. Can’t recommend enough!

The property was wonderful! Our dog enjoyed the stay as much as we did! Minor issues were addressed quickly and communication was excellent. The location was perfect for purchasing necessities and for getting to restaurants and beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for taking morning walks. We hope to return!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at this house. There was plenty of space for eight people. Including three rambunctious children. The property owner were nice enough to have beach chairs and a beach wagon available to use including some floats. The hammock in the backyard was chef’s kiss. I loved waking up in the morning and jump, jumping right in the pool. I lived my dream life this weekend. Thank you!

Great location, between Navarre and Pensacola. The outside of the house needs cleaned up. Inside is nice but walls were dirty. Guest bathroom toilet was very wobbly. No decoration besides a bed and 1 nightstand in the guest bedroom. The kid bedroom only has a bunk bed and that’s it. No tv’s besides in the master and living room which was awful. The pool is beautiful, but had to keep cleaning out the skimmers due to all the pine needles that get in the pool which was annoying. I don’t think previous renters probably knew to clean those out.

The home was clean, spacious, had amenities to get us through the first evening without shopping. Dog friendly with a fenced back yard. The pool and fire pit were great. Ideal location, ie quiet residential setting but 10 minutes to shopping, dining, beach. Tip, closest nice dog friendly beach is Pensacola East dog beach (over the bridge and west on 399. We had a wonderful stay, hope to return and highly recommend.

Amazing stay

The HEATED POOL and outdoor area of this house were absolutely amazing. Extremely close to Navarre Beach and shopping. Best place we've ever stayed at so far. The pool is worth the extra, I PROMISE.

Great place

I was worried about road noise prior to getting there but it wasn't noticeable at all. Great location to the beach and everywhere on the mainland is minutes away. Very cost effective compared to a beach front and the kids loved the pool!

Wow the pictures dont do this place justice, this home is beautiful inside and out, there is a pool to keep everybody busy and a closet full of vooks and game's we stayed for 10 days had our dog and it was good for her also bo steps, we highly recommend this home and we will be back, the management company responded with us with in 5 minutes regarding our question we had

Perfect Rental

This is the second time we are renting this home for our family vacation. Family of 5 plus 2 dogs and the space is more than enough. Nicely equipped, well maintained, and the fully fenced backyard oasis is perfect with the beautiful pool. Looks like the photos. Location is close to everything. Would highly recommend!
