The home is located across the street from the dedicated beach so there will never be anything built to obstruct that beautiful view! You just canï¿½t beat it! Fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom has a king size bed. The master has an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and garden tub. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. You will love the sunroom located off the living room where you can enjoy your meals or just relax on the sofa. There is an outdoor shower and fish cleaning station for your use. The best part is the upper deck where you have spectacular views of the gulf. There is plenty of seating up there or you can lay out and catch some rays. No matter how you decide you enjoy your time at the beach ï¿½Looney Dunesï¿½ is the place for you! This home offers wireless internet and smart TVs for streaming (No cable).

Loved staying at Looney Dunes! This is the 2nd time we have here and it never disappoints!

The rental process is super easy and the property managers did a great job communicating with me before we arrived letting me know we could check in early!

Beautiful home with great access to beach. The roof deck was perfect with shade provided from the palms. We absolutely loved this home!

Laid back

Nice upgraded ground level retro-home. It was exactly as described. We loved the front, above the roof balcony. It would have been nice to have had a couple chaise lounges chairs on the balcony, but we did use the provided chairs. The house is in an excellent location within Mexico Beach. Overall a great place for 1 - 4 persons. More than that might be a little crowded. We will definitely consider this property again for future MB trips.
