Gulf View, Gated Community with Pool, WiFi ~ Waterside Village Condo 302

This is a third floor condo in Mexico Beach. This condo complex is equipped with all the amenities to allow a great beach vacation. Complex amenities include a no entry pool, hot tub, an ample amount of pool furniture, elevator and parkside grill. It is a single-floor unit, just right for 6 people. The unit is nicely furnished and has a great view of the gulf, canal and community pool. Enjoy the afternoon breeze or watch the kids swim on the furnished balcony off of the living room.

Floor Plan: Well-stocked kitchen with laundry room, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, and furnished balcony; Bedroom 1 - the master with a queen bed, walk-in closet, TV and full bath with double vanity; Bedroom 2 with a double bed and TV.

NOTE: Trailer parking is not allowed on site. Trailers must be parked in the public parking lot just over the bridge leaving Mexico Beach on the right. Rules and regulations for this parking can be found on The City of Mexico Beach's website, click here.

Great location, need major furniture upgrades

The location was great and it was easy to get to the beach. The pool was very nice. The condo itself needs some major furniture upgrades. The couch is falling in and it is barely able to be sat on. No comfort at all. The two beds have very low quality mattresses, which creates a situation where only one person can sleep in it comfortably. The condo was very clean.

Very disappointed

When we checked in the first day we walked into a horrid smell. We were trying to figure out where the smell was coming from until my husband found one of the bathrooms had towels that had vomit on it and the smell in the bathroom was unbearable. We were Very saddened by the start of our vacation. We trying contacting the host and got NO response we had to take action into our own hands. The smell was there for DAYS. The host contacted us on our LAST day talking about should they send someone for the smell even tho we were leaving the next day?!? There was no communication and we got no type of refund or customer service your basically on your own. Please reconsider this place it is not worth it at all!

Nice place- mattresses were very uncomfortable and we were not able to use the pull out couch at all. We had to go and purchase an air mattress.
