This house, located in Alvor, is ideal for 8 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a DVD player, a radio, a Hi-Fi and a CD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 12 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the sea.
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and 2 including 2 single beds, The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The house features a washing machine, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a safe, a dressing room and air conditioning.
Note that tourist tax is included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 155 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 85 euros to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 85 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. You can come with 3 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 30€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
Bikes are at your disposal.
Firewood bags are available on request for an additional fee at the price of 35€ . Both single beds can be gathered together. 3 bikes, 3 sup boards with leash and paddles, golf clubs, tenis rackets are available. Access to kayak, pirogue at the owner's club at ria do alvor 5 km. Owner can organize tailor-made activities (golf, tenis, paddle and kayak).
