The Villa San Marino is a wonderful single-storey villa, bright and spacious, with 4 bedrooms, a private, heatable infinity pool and stunning gardens. With a terrace on the top floor, the villa offers great options for outdoor dining and relaxation.



Equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms and living room, the villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms (3 with showers and 1 with bathtub and shower). There is also an additional guest toilet.



The kitchen and living room are open plan, with a formal dining area and view of the games room with a pool table and ping pong table. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate laundry room.



The infinite pool is one of the villa's highlights, with sunbeds and two outdoor dining areas, accessible from the kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Pool heating is optional.



Located in Alvor, the villa is 3.5 km from the golden sandy beach and near the Alvor Natural Reserve. Alto Golf is 1.5 km away. Alvor offers good restaurants and lively nightlife.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
