Rob was an excellent host. He responded to all my needs. The oven wasn’t working but he gave us a refund, He let me know before we checked in. Would definitely rent with home again. The Splawski and Williams family.

Great Getaway!

We traveled with a large group of family and friends with kids ranging from 8-18 and we loved every minute of it! It was enjoyable for everyone who attended and we would definitely stay there again!

Stunning home

This is a lovely and spacious home that is decorated beautifully in a modern and sophisticated manner. The layout is great and the views are amazing. Once the necessary renovations are complete, I can’t imagine a better rental on the entire island...and we have been renting for our 25 years!

Exceeded even our high expectations

I've stayed in dozens of vacation homes on the Gulf Coast and around the world. This has been my favorite vacation stay thus far. The great photos still do not do the property justice. Its perfectly and tastefully appointed, very large, and in a great location. The home was clean and well suited to our family and small group of friends. The pool was lovely and the family really enjoyed grilling outside and watching the sunsets and the dolphins from the boat dock. The 2 bars, fireplace, and game rooms were greatly enjoyed. We couldn't recommend a better home.

Amazing View

We loved swimming in the pool while enjoying the ocean view!! Pool was perfect for kids! Dolphins will be coming up right near the dock—you have to be looking for them. Came at different times but I think early morning was best for us! Beach was not as close as it looked on google but not bad and everything about Rockport was so clean!!!! Home was very well equipped with most of what ya needed! We cooked and ate out! Our first trip to Rockport and this beautiful home was perfect for us!

The Delphin house was as advertised - beautiful property with a grand view of the canal and bay. The house was spacious and clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the outdoor area was impressive. Rob, our host, was an excellent communicator and even gave us an early warning of the tropical storm in the area. In summary, we all had a great and memorable time.

Beauty on the Bay

Our family had a wonderful time in Rockport/Key Allegro staying in this beautiful home…..views are unbeatable and the pool and accommodations were fabulous. We had a few issues that were handled promptly!! Wonderful property!!

Best Rental and view in Rockport

This was by far the best rental property ( 2 years in a row) I have ever stayed in and I have been renting houses for 30+ years! The dolphins visit ever night and your view is the Ocean and the canal where they play. The house is gorgeous with a nice pool and well equip for families to enjoy their vacation on the island with many amenities and space. The host Rob is always there to be of assistance in any way. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation home!

Wonderful stay over easter weekend. Kids had fun in the canal with kayaks and floating pad, adults enjoyed the spacious house and patio as well as the very nicely appointed kitchen
