We loved everything about our stay here. The house is immaculate and James' accommodations were on point! Any questions we had were answered by James almost immediately which was very helpful. From the convenience we had with the waterfront to accommodate boating access, kayaking and paddleboarding for the kids, the quite large private pool and the patio setting to enjoy the full day was beyond enjoyable! We can't wait to plan our trip for next year and hope to have access to this jewel in the rough!

This was a fantastic stay for our extended family. Grandkids loved the pool......large and relaxing!The canal frontage was peaceful and we fished quite a bit. Very comfortable for everyone!

We had an amazing time! The pool was a win for all. James was very attentive and responded to anything we reached out about. The house was perfect size for our family and we’d love to come back!

We had so much fun! This property was darling, well decorated, lots of seating, great beds and bedding, stocked kitchen, two refrigerators, endless docks and decks, paddle boards and a kayak, TV's and games and a fantastic pool. Our favorite activity.... sunrise and sunset from the crows nest at this property. We loved Key Allegro and wouldn't stay anywhere else but that island. The access to town, beaches, fresh seafood, restaurants, bay fishing etc was perfect. Some great fun was walking the neighborhood and seeing all the cute houses. As I said.... so much fun.Our host made the stay excellent too by being accessible, accommodating and generous. So grateful.

The property was extraordinary! I’ve been to several properties within Rockport and Port Aransas and have never found a place like this. The pictures are amazing but still do not do justice. The pool was beautiful and LARGE, it was like a community pool. The home was so beautiful decorated but not overdone where you felt you couldn’t relax. This one home had it all and more.The Host was fabulous. Immediate response with questions and even went overboard and called me because I couldn’t get it, in regard's to the golf cart, James stayed with me on the phone until I had it running. Upon our return home, my daughter realized as she was unpacking, she left behind her expensive makeup bag. I messaged James and again this was after we got home. Once again his response time was instantaneous.We will go back next year for another week and I will make sure to make our reservation coincides with the availability of this property. We will stay no where else but here.

We absolutely loved this place! The host is very friendly and responsive with any questions or concerns. The property has so many amazing amenities with it but is slightly dated for the price. The ac systems had a very hard time keeping the house cool during the day but with extra fans we kept it moderately cool. Our group personally had some safety concerns with the spiral staircase inside the house due to having little ones with us but we blocked it off and made it to where nobody could hit their heads on the stairs from the underside. Otherwise the house was clean and it was just as large in person as the pictures. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and the host was willing to work with us on possibly needing to bring an extra pup! We also rented the golf cart that is on property available for rent and that was a super fun extra! As promised the pool was resort style and fit all of our needs! We will definitely be back here!
