This 1950 sq ft single story house is located on the barrier island in Melbourne Beach, Florida. Walk to both the beaches and to the Indian River.

Direct access to heated pool from King bedrooms.
King bedrooms feature the innovative pressure-relieving Purple mattress.

The Queen bedroom has a high rated memory foam mattress, and storage with closet to hang your fancier clothes, and dresser to unpack and stay awhile.

The Youth bedroom has 2 full size beds.
Host will provide Pack 'n Play and high chair upon request.
The refreshing pool is 3 feet deep in the shallow side and 6.5 feet deep in the deeper side. Screen enclosure. Heated in winter.

Covered patio provides shade when you desire it. Relax on chaise lounge in the year round sunshine and improve your tan by the heated pool.

The BEST Vrbo has to offer!

This has to rank as one of the best Vrbo's I've ever stayed in - and I've stayed in at least 50. It was perfectly appointed, had everything we needed, extremely clean, wonderful location (10 min walk to ocean), fabulous pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back soon.

Fun in Melbourne Beach

The owners put a lot of energy into making this a fun place to stay. A large, comfortable, well-stocked house, it is within easy reach of stores, restaurants, and many great beaches. When the cold spell finally ended, we loved using the pool and bikes. What an enjoyable stay!

Amazing family getaway

The house was setup perfectly for guests with everything you would ever need. The pool with toys and floats for the kids. Plenty of relaxing and entertaining space. Ping pong table, board games and 3 bicycles to ride to the beach. We will defeinitely be staying here again next trip.

Mission Success!

We rented the house for a weekend birthday celebration for our kids, and it could not have gone better! The kids loved to pool, and we loved the entire experience. The house was perfect! We are already talking about another visit to Mission Control!

Another Amazing Stay in MB

Kerry's property is incredibly well stocked. All of the beds were very comfortable. The home is in a very nice MB neighborhood between the river and ocean. We were happy to use the bikes, beach wagon and beach umbrella that were in the garage. And we loved hanging out by the pool on the covered lainai. Excellent property! Thanks Kerry!

Amazing attention to detail

Located in a great section of Melbourne Beach less than 5 minutes from the beach and less than 5 minutes from the pier/park on the ICW. It was clear the hosts paid every attention to detail as possible. From plenty of towels for our pool and beach needs to a fully stocked and diverse coffee bar. The Christmas decor was so warming. The beds were heaven. The kitchen made cooking a breeze. Communication was top notch. If not for a delightful message from the host, I would have missed the opportunity to take the kids to the beach for a SpaceX launch. Again, less than 5 minutes drive. The whole family insists on staying here again next time we visit!

The house was not clean, urine on the toilet, spiderwebs and dusty. Specially under the beds. The saddest thing was there’s no actions taken by the owner and it’s not fair when you’re paying for cleaning a lot. The neighborhood is nice and it’s close to the beach. The pool it’s the best

Rest from Disney chaos

We only spent 3 days here after a week of Orlando madness so it was a welcome relief. The pool was a big hit as were the bikes and the coffee bar. Big living room TV was great for movie night, though getting the bedroom tv to find just normal channels was impossible. Very sophisticated tv's all around. Quick response to malfunctioning disposal too. Good visit overall.

Everything was perfect for our trip! The house was clean and very spacious. We had 8 people and never felt cramped. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was fantastic and heated. Not a single complaint! I would definitely rent here again!

Perfect Get-Together

Our blended family met to attend a concert which featured a memorial tribute to my late husband. This house was a perfect mix of togetherness and privacy, The host was especially gracious and accommodated our needs seamlessly, even rescuing me when I had car trouble! We couldn't have asked for a better setting for our get-together.

Mission Control was out of this world

I rented this house for a girls trip and it didn’t disappoint. Everything we needed or might have forgotten was already provided. The beds were some comfy as well. The best experience. We will be back.

The comforts of home away from home

From the beginning when booking the property, Kerry was helpful and quick to respond to questions about the area, beaches to visit, and items we may need. The house was clean, inviting, and beautifully decorated. It made us feel like we were home (but with a private pool)! The house was stocked with just about anything we could need (toiletries, coffee, paper products, laundry detergent, towels, and even some food/pantry items). There is a binder of information about the house and area, including suggestions from the host for restaurants, places to visit, and their own personal favorites! Try them! Books, games, and toys are available. We enjoyed playing Uno by the pool. The pool was our favorite place to spend time, especially with the outdoor TV. Plenty of pool towels and a few pool floats were available. The pool was clean with it being covered and enclosed. The beds…so comfortable! A downside to traveling can be missing your own bed, but not here! The beds were so comfortable! We loved the coffee bar and many choices! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Thank you for making our vacation comfortable and relaxing! 😊

We did not get to spend much time at the house because we were there for a softball tournament. But we loved having a place to come to and our own beds and rooms just our own space. There were a couple nights we got to enjoy TV and the living room was very comfortable place for us to hang out. Also having the coffee was amazing. And our son enjoyed the pool every night even if only for a few minutes. Also owner was very responsive to any issues, questions, and changes to schedule. That was such a relief because others who booked like us in homes had horrible experiences. Thanks for everything

Twin teens and parents

This house had something for everyone! We really felt like we were in a home away from home. (We’re inspired to improve our coffee station at home!) The homeowners thought of everything! We wish we could have stayed a little longer and hope to go back. We were so glad we happened to meet the owners - a charming family. Next time we’ll bring our Grammy and our older daughter. There is plenty of room for all. We loved the laid back feel of the little beach community.

Great Experience

Melbourne Beach delight

Our family vacation, with three generations, enjoyed our mini-vacation at this comfortable home. Many hours were spent in the pool.. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, drinkware, and utensils. Toys and games, some kids' books, stuffed animals and a coffee station were appreciated. It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated, with plenty of comfortable seating indoors and out, for our group of 6.. Grandma particularly enjoyed the purple mattress in the master bedroom! We highly recommend this lovely home and are considering a return trip!

This amazingly well-situated and spacious pool house is in too good a location to *not* share with others! We cater to families, or several couples who are ready to enjoy the Space Coast, Kennedy Space Center or many other central Florida activities.

What makes this property unique

Melbourne Beach has a sleepy, small town feel and yet it is in close proximity to bigger city benefits. An hour to Orlando and its culture and amusements makes this a great staging place. Where else can you watch Space-X and NASA launches, see a Space Shuttle at the Kennedy Space Center, swim with manatees and dolphins? Beaches are moments away. King Center is 20 minutes away.

Stay a week here before or after your cruise, only 45 minutes from the Cruise Terminal at Port Canaveral!
