Perfect Location --- Needs Some Minor Updating
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our recent stay and will rent this property again. The location and outdoor areas are terrific. I would score this property a 7 and with a few minor updates I would score it a 10. Suggestions: replace both the soiled kitchen runner and main area rug. Add an outdoor mat for use upon entering the property to eliminate sand and dirt. The sofa needs to have the slipcovers replaced or cleaned. Due to cleaning the drapes that wrap around the entire open space have shrunk and there are major gaps. The sofa and chairs also need decorator pillows for added comfort and color. We did have a glitch with the codes for the walkovers and had to get new codes issued which took several hours.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First family trip to 30A and this property helped make it a memorable one. The house is in a wonderful location with a short walk or bike ride to almost everything. There were four of us plus our Standard Poodle and we still felt like we had plenty of room. Parking can get a little tricky during peak times in the community but otherwise it was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!
