Mid lake, pet friendly 4 bedroom, 3 bath with protected swim area

Welcome to the heart of Lake Martin. This simple lake cabin has 280 ft of water front with year round water. Located in a small cove just off the main channel of Blue Creek, you'll be able to enjoy swimming, fishing, skiing, or just hanging out on the dock with friends or family. With 13 feet of water off the end of a spacious dock at full pool, you'll have boat access year round, even in the fall and winter. Just a few minutes boat ride to Lake Martin's centerpiece, Chimney Rock, and several great local hangouts right around the corner like Chuck's Marina and The Bluffs Daquari Bar on the water. Several more like Niffers, Oscars, Lake Martin Pizza, and Burrito’s Corner are just a few minutes drive by road. The house is approximately 30-40 minutes to Auburn University, perfect for home games.

For anyone who likes to fish, the house is in a great location of the lake for fishing! Whether you're looking for bass, crappie, bream, catfish, or stripers you can find plenty of great fishing spots close by. The area is especially good in the fall and winter and Union Boat Ramp (public, no fee) is only a few minutes away.

The house sleeps up to 14 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs along with a lower level that includes a game room, bunk room and bathroom. Large HD Smart TVs can be found both in the living area upstairs and the game room downstairs, where you can also find a pool table, foosball table and a selection of board games for some inside entertainment after a fun day on the lake.

The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and adjoining bathroom has a walk in shower. The two bedrooms on the top level both have queen size beds. Downstairs in the bunk area you will find 2 sets of bunk beds which have full size mattress on bottom and twin mattresses on top as well as another full size bed. The cabin is fully furnished with bath towels, linens, dishes, cookware, coffee pot and grill. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view and water access was beautiful. The paddleboat was also a lot of fun to use. The house is large and very accommodating for large families. Quick trip to Chuck's for pizza!

SheppCox 25 lake trip

We enjoyed our stay for our annual 2 family vacation. Plenty of beds, nice living room space and really nice decks. The location is great. Everyone especially enjoyed the pool table. I really enjoyed using the blackstone grill and Weber.

Check in was super easy. It doesn’t look inviting from the street level, but the backyard, dock and curb appeal from the boat, including the deck chair area by the lake is very nice. The amenities gave us plenty to do on a rainy day with pool table and cornhole (under covered deck). The central location and short drive back to Auburn were great as well.

Peace on the Lake

Labor Day Family Retreat

A great getaway on Lake Martin!

We loved the house and location! It was just my family of 4 and we had plenty of room for more people. Everything was clean and nice. The brand new bathroom downstairs was an added bonus. We enjoyed playing pool every night, as well. Very quiet area! We will definitely be back!

Great summer vacation spot

The house was large enough to accommodate 12 of us comfortably. The a/c cooled well, kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Our favorite part was the location! It is located in a quiet area with the perfect swimming space for adults and kids. This house has a large dock so you can sit and watch the kids swim or have a little fun fishing. The deck is a great place to sit and enjoy morning coffee.

Great Lake house

We had a wonderful time on our vacay. House was very nice and pier was great for swimming. We rented a pontoon boat from a nearby marina and had a great time on the water. Everything you could need was available at the house. Charcoal grill available and black stone grill which we used was very nice. Plenty of room for our family and little ones to play. Would definitely book again.

Christmas Getaway

Fabulous Lake Cabin with an Exceptional Host (Stephanie) who went above and beyond by decorating the cabin for Christmas with not one but two Christmas Trees and more. The cabin felt like home, we had a great time, the cabin had awesome lake views, a game room downstairs and continuous peace and quiet that made a well needed getaway vacation. We did not want to leave and wanted to thank Stephanie for her southern hospitality.
