This two-bedroom, two bath villa, minutes from the beach, has the perfect mix of luxury and comfort to make you feel pampered and cozy throughout your visit.

The adjuster fcent dining area offers plenty of seating options with a table for six and an additional comfy couch.

The main area of the villa is a bright, open Florida room with a host of windows and beautiful natural light. Relax on the sectional sofa to watch the 90-inch wide-SCREEN TV or use the high-top pub-style dining table as a base for your laptop computer or a place to enjoy the variety of games and puzzles that come with the home.

A separate seating area with a comfortable overstuffed couch and comfy chairs is a perfect place to read a book or just enjoy some quiet time away from it all. A newly added bar area is the perfect spot to mix a cocktail or enjoy a glass of wine.

The master suite boasts a brand-new comfortable king-size bed, television, and ensuite bathroom. Make yourself at home and hang your clothes or unpack in the double closet or chest of drawers with plenty of space for all your belongings.

Invite some friends or family to join you on your island getaway! The sailor-themed second bedroom also offers a new king-size bed, television, spacious closet, two nightstands, and an adjoining bathroom with tub and shower. There is also plenty of on-site parking for you and your guests.

You can also enjoy the Florida weather on the adjacent lanai where you can sit and relax or dine alfresco under a beautiful chandelier, with curtains blowing in the evening breeze. If you would prefer to eat under the stars, you can find a backyard patio with table, chairs, lounges, and a gas grill just outside the Florida room.

The villa is close enough to walk to the beach, and offers a warm outdoor shower to make rinsing off when you get home a breeze.

There is a $150 taxable pet fee per dog.
All pets require approval after booking.

• Be sure to indicate you have a pet, where you enter the number of guests

If approved, the fee will be added, and we'll confirm the new total with you before charging your card.

Finally, a quick reminder of our pet rules:

• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.


• The yard must be kept clean of waste.


• Excessive hair must be cleaned up prior to departure.
