The villa is newly painted and completely furnished inside and out (kayaks included) but more importantly you can fish, kayak, & even catch a glimpse of an occasional dolphin or manatee right off your back patio!! You're just a short 4 block walk to white sandy beaches where you can see the most beautiful sunsets and walk on the softest flour-like sandy beach - The best that the Gulf Coast has to offer!! Upon arrival, the need for a car is no more. You can walk or take the trolley everywhere that you need to go. Delicious restaurants/bars are just blocks away. Easy access to Publix should you need groceries or toiletries. This villa is located in the perfect spot on AMI! Come see for yourself!

Great location and perfect for our family of 4. We loved the outdoor space overlooking the canal. Walk to the beach was about 15 min. Quiet culdesac and parking for our car and golf cart. We had a lovely time staying here for our third time in AMI.

Our stay was lovely ! The management staff was polite; easy to reach and talk to. We had an issue with an outlet in the guest bedroom that they worked on copiously until it was fixed.The rooms were wonderful; the canal view was so enjoyable! A truly fun stay!!

Owners were helpful and checked in with us to be sure we had what we needed. There was some near by construction that woke us up early a couple days, but was quiet later in the week. Enjoyed our time on the Island

Perfect!

Our family of 5 visit AMI every year for soccer and found this cute little house on Holmes Beach at the last min. The size was perfect and loved the location on the canal. We kayaked and fished every day and enjoyed coffee each morning on the porch. The owners were extremely nice and responsive with Q/A. It was extremely clean and everything looked brand new. We easily walked to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets each evening. Bonus to have the Ugly Grouper within walking distance. The only thing that would have better was to have a grill. I’m thinking this was such a new property they probably didn’t get to that yet. I would recommend this house and will look it up again next year when we return. -Vicky

Anna Maria Island Stay

The location of the property is great! It sits along the river. We were just short blocks to walk to the ocean. We saw dolphins a couple nights in the river. The neighborhood is friendly. There was some construction along side of us during our stay but likely will be subsided soon. Luckily, we are early risers. :) Everything is new for use in the kitchen. Everything was very clean and we had plenty of towels for our family of four. When I reached out to the property manager, Leslie, for some questions she was quick to answer and help. She made sure we enjoyed the stay. We had a wonderful time. The Island is beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed reading a book that was available to read. My family loves to fish and they spent a lot of time doing that. We rented a golf cart and explored the island. The kids used the kayaks just one night. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Peaceful and tranquil

My husband, daughter, and I booked our trip last minute for the first week in April to celebrate my daughter’s Match Day and upcoming graduation from medical school. This was our tenth trip to AMI and our first stay since having to cancel two years in a row due to COVID. Needless to say our return to AMI was long overdue. We were beyond thrilled with the comfort of this home! It was clean,spacious, and beautifully decorated! We especially enjoyed our early mornings and evenings on the patio along the canal. It was private and peaceful. We spotted dolphins in the canal daily and enjoyed watching the blue herons and pelicans. One blue heron was especially friendly and we quickly named him Kevin after the bird in the movie “Up!”He was quite entertaining as he walked along the docks daily. The walk to the beach each day was a 3 1/2 block hike but completely doable. Leslie was so wonderful to work with on booking our stay and getting back to us quickly with questions. This was our tenth stay on the island and we loved the privacy and solitude of this spot. Our week was heavenly and lifetime memories were made. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for your hospitality and friendliness!

Perfect 1st visit to AMI

Owner provided clear directions and direct cell phone number while we were at the property in case we had questions or needed help. Wonderful communicative and responsive host!! Property is in a convenient location. We rented a golf cart and bike for our stay. Plenty of restaurants and live music in the evenings. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Small grill is available to use as well as 2 kayaks and life jackets. Between the shed and laundry room there are beach chairs, rolling cart, boogie boards and sun umbrellas to use. Was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't use any of the beach items. There are also some fishing poles in the shed. They provide some toilet paper, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap and sponge to start you off. Kitchen trash bags and coffee filters are also provided. It is a dual coffee maker for grounds or K-cups. There is a blender and enough items to make a meal. There is an ice maker which is nice to have. There are skylights in the kitchen and bathrooms which get in natural light. We saw several fish from the dock and all kinds of birds. We even saw a dolphin. Neighbors are friendly. We would definitely stay at this property again if we return to AMI. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had the best time tucked away in our condo! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the back patio listening to the birds and watching the water! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Centrally located to the north and south beaches of AMI! Our first time to the island and we really enjoyed everything!

HI! We're the Sorensons - Family of five! We started vacationing in Anna Maria as a family a few years back. We absolutely fell in love with AMI!! From the beaches and sunsets to outdoor activities and restaurants, there's just so much to do right outside our front door so when the opportunity came to grab this villa- we knew we had to jump! We hope you enjoy this little piece of paradise as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

PRIME LOCATION!!! On the water (canal) and just a 3-4 block walk to the white sandy beaches of the Golf.
Right from your patio, drop in a line or take out the kayaks and go explorning the canals and the bay. If the time is right, you'll see manatee and dolphins swimming right along your kayak!! You'll even catch a glimpse of them while sitting on the back deck!
If you're feeling really adventurous, you can kayak all the way to the north point (Bean Point)! It's a fun trip!
There is SO much to do and see all within walking distance!
This villa is located more noth on the Island, so it's a little more quite than Coquina and Cortez Beaches. The free Trolley stops right at the end of our block. Take it all over the island!
