With Anna Maria Island's sparkling white sand beach a quick stroll down 81st Street, this single-level home in Holmes Beach is as convenient as it is comfortable. You'll enjoy your very own pool, a soothing spillover spa, and a prime location close to a trolley stop and the many shops and restaurants that line Pine Avenue. This property is also less than 20 miles from a variety of other popular, local attractions including the Anna Maria City Pier, the Riverwalk, Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf, and Emerson Point Preserve.

This home occupies one side of a duplex, with the air-conditioned living space all on the ground floor for ease of access. As you enter, you'll find tile floors throughout, a pair of sofas positioned in front of a flatscreen TV, and a kitchen that's been thoughtfully updated with stainless steel appliances. The six-person dining room is lined with windows, allowing you to sit down for breakfast each morning with a view of the pool terrace. Out front, you'll have access to a gas grill (which is shared with the other side of the duplex); out back on the private, fenced terrace, you'll find your pool, spa, and outdoor seating for lounging and dining. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi throughout the home and an en suite bathroom paired with each of the two bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful backyard pool, no washer and dryer

We did enjoy our time spent in this vacation rental, and honestly liked the small feel. Perfect for a family of 4 or 4 adults. Loved the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The back yard makes this place. It’s beautiful with palms surrounding, hot tub and pool is great! Autofill was a nice touch! The furniture needs an upgrade, inside and out. The front porch had old chairs. Inside has minimal beachy decor and dark brown couches. Kitchen looks like it’s been upgraded, and dining room table overlooks the pool area. Loved having floor fans, great plus for kids. Would highly recommend bringing your own pillows or request additional pillows. The pillows are minimal and super thin. Beware, the bathroom and shower is small. Biggest downside, no washer and dryer. With two small kids, I was forced to go somewhere else to wash bathing suits and clothes midway through the week. I did request extra towels with Vacasa, that is a must. I had to give this place a 3 because of the inconvenience we had for clean towels and keeping our items cleaned throughout the week, with no washer or dryer, the lack of pillows for each bed, older furniture (wanted a beachy feel), and one broken toilet while we were there.

Mold in several places, roaches and absolutely filthy. Do not stay here!

This place was filthy. It has not been deep cleaned in a long time and there was mold in the bathroom, on the windows and next to the couch it appears mold was painted over. I wouldn't stay here for free. I told them during the stay and they wanted to come over to see it. Sorry the answer is no. I'm not wasting my vacation teaching someone how do do their job. I provided plenty of photos. I don't need to stand there and show you because it's beyond obvious. Even the door leading in the from the pool side is covered in grime or what appears to be grease like you would get from working on a car and mold. The bathroom showers were TINY!! Anyone over 5' and 100 lbs will find these showers awful. There isn't any room. You will also likely whack your head on the inconveniently placed soap holder. The shower curtain rod didn't stay on the wall so it had to be set on top of the shower unit causing about three inches of the curtain to be laying on the shower floor. This of course covered the shower drain causing a back up of water in the shower. There was also mold on the shower curtain because it never gets the chance to dry. The water also leaked onto the floor and cabinet next to the shower. There's no way to avoid it because you have to maneuver the shower curtain so it doesn't cover the drain completely causing the water to overflow onto the bathroom floor. For 7 days there were 4 washcloths ... not nearly enough...per bathroom and 2 rolls of toliet paper per bathroom. A total of 8 washcloths for 2 people for 7 days is ridiculous. There was no place to put dirty towels. There were no beach items (except towels) like chairs, a cooler or a wagon to take to the beach. There were 4 beach towels for a 2 bedroom unit for 7 days. You can go to the bathroom and brush your teeth at the same time because your knees literally go under the sink. Yes, it's that close. If you are over 5' your knees will be under the sink. The blinds had so much dust that if you moved them to open there would be dust in the air. I know FL has roaches. I get it. By day 4 they started to appear and by day 7 there would be several dead roaches throughout the unit each day. One last thing, the backyard is MUCH smaller than it appears in photos. I have emailed and sent messages before posting this review and have not been responded to.

Clean and convenient

It was clean, cozy, convenient and sufficiently stocked with all of our needs. The pool was beautiful and clean, and the trees and flowers were beautiful surrounding it were also beautiful.
