You will be thrilled by the wonderous splendor of nature, scenery, wildlife and fruit during your stay at "Casa El Pura Vida". Enjoy daily visits from abundant wildlife including toucans, parrots, iguanas and more. Much of the 5 acre property is landscaped, with many palms, flowering plants, and you can pick your own fruit from a wide variety of maturing fruit trees. The mountains bring fresh, cool breezes morning and evenings, and throughout the day you will enjoy the ocean breeze. The property features 360 degree panoramic views of the lush green mountains, the Pacific ocean and year-round sunsets.

The house is designed to maximize the outdoor/indoor living lifestyle, popular in Costa Rica. The enclosed terrace has incredible panoramic views and overlooks the pool which is large and inviting for adults and children alike. The interior of the house features 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. The cheery kitchen has plenty of cabinetry and counter space including a breakfast bar.

The property is located in a quiet community in the quaint village of Ojochal, just a few minutes drive to restaurants, grocery shopping, pharmacy and doctor office, and 10 minute drive to 2 beaches. There are more beaches and waterfalls within 20 minute drive. This will is an unforgettable vacation home setting. Enjoy!
