TREETOP #26 - 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHS TOWNHOME - BEDDING: Master Queen, BR #2 Queen, and Bunk Bed, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. This townhome has a spacious mudroom for all your equipment. Through the mudroom, you have a full kitchen and dining room. Towards the back of the unit is your living area with a gas fireplace and a door leading to your deck. The bedrooms are located upstairs. During the summer play, games in the backyard and have a picnic. NO AIR CONDITIONING

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Parking on Site, Bike Friendly Lodging, Free Resort Shuttle Service. Within walking distance to The Village at Snowshoe's shops & restaurants. Short distance to the Split Rocks heated pool (additional fee).

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

Great stay!

The property was great, location perfect, and the price point was very reasonable. I appreciated quick responses to questions before my arrival. My family of 5 enjoyed our stay!

Treetop Stay

This townhouse was a perfect location for our stay and it fit all of our friends comfortably! There were a few crumbs on the pull out but that was the only thing. We did wish we could use the fire place as well

Good value

Walking distance to the village so you are close to everything. It is an older condo but has everything you need, plus your are there to ski, not spend all of your time in the condo.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. This was a nice location and short walk to all amenities. The kitchen is small but adequate and had everything you may need to cook with. The fireplace did not work which was disappointing. The heat also has a dripping sound that is not ideal when sleeping.

Snowshoe Getaway

Had a great time with friends.. wonderful time of year to get to Snowshoe.. lots to see and do.. So many places great places to stay. We booked with Leatherbark Condos and was not disappointed. Will definitely go back again.
