Super-clean, 3 bed/2 bath home in a great upscale neighborhood with open living, split floor plan (master bedroom on opposite side of house), vaulted ceilings, tile floors, skylights. The MBR has a walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new refrigerator and oven/stove and includes all the luxuries of cooking, including spices, pots, and pans, and small appliances. Equipped with a smart thermostat, security doors, electronic locks. Casa Amigo also includes a whole house water filtration system, which means clean, softened filtered water throughout the entire house and drinkable water from every faucet in the house. The house is very clean and sits on top of a hill with peek-a-boo lake and mountain views. STEEP DRIVEWAY, MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR A BOAT/TRAILER. Upgraded landscaping, outdoor patio with dining table, Smart TV, grill, fire pit and SPA. 10 minute drive to the Lake and 15 minutes to London Bridge. Great for small family (sleeps 6). Spacious house with nice yard & hot tub!

The driveway is incredibly steep. The owner did tell us before we fully booked, but if you have a boat or trailer this property will not work for that. The house is spacious and the yard is nice and hot tub is great. The game room is in the garage so if you go in the summer it will be too hot to use. Overall we had a good experience. Owner responded right away when we had questions!

Good property

Fair price, clean newer house, not far from activities and quiet. The driveway is very steep and a challenge to bring out the garbage. Overall, definitely a property to consider.

Loved the air hockey and dart board!!

The house was clean and has a huge sectional that was great for all our family to sit and watch movies. There are enough chairs at the table for us to play games at! We all had a blast playing darts and air hockey in the garage. The driveway is steep but not too bad once you’ve done it a few times. Thanks for everything Dan and Sona!

Cute house, great location

My husband and I were very comfortable at this property. The location is perfectly located and in a quiet neighborhood. The three bedroom, two bath home is very clean and well kept. Sona is very friendly and very easy to work with. We will definitely be staying here again when we’re back in Lake Havasu City.
