About This Place

Warm, beautiful and roomy 3 bed/2 bath, 1531 Square foot home, located in the center of Lake Havasu City. Check out this website for activities and events: https://thebridgelhc.com/.

- Backyard with a BBQ grill and jacuzzi
- Nicely landscaped with great views from the scenic patio

House Rules

- No pets allowed
- No smoking/drugs
- No parties, no gatherings, no events of any kind. No loud music, no loud talking or no gathering outside/the backyard past 10PM and/or before 9am, this is strictly enforced.

Other Things to Note

- Guests should be aware that access to the jacuzzi area is not gated or screened and responsible adult supervision must always be present for small children. No safety equipment is provided and you use this amenity at you own risk. You are responsible for keeping the jacuzzi area secured at all time and for providing appropriate supervision of all guests.

- Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you.

By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests disclosed on your reservation and there will be zero visitors during your stay.

The property was properly advertised and has a very private backyard with a very nice hot tub! Communications were easy and prompt. We enjoyed our 30 day stay!

Steep driveway but good house

The driveway is very steep so be prepared but it was nice to have access to the garage to load the car and keep it cool. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of sleeping space. The property manager was responsive throughout our stay with little questions. Thanks for having us.
