The property was lovely and pleasant. Not too far from the lake and close enough to shops, restaurant, and markets to make it a perfect location. Unfortunately we were unable to get the spa to work, but we were unsure if that was usuer error or error on the spas part. Overall, a great experience. Would stay again!

Excellent!!!

Loved everything about it. Plenty of room. Extremely clean. Easy access. Plenty of parking. Great neighborhood. The host was gracious. On the map, it may seem far from the lake, but it's not, maybe 20 mins. Much to see and do and great food. Every food location was wonderful. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Best VRBO In Havasu!!!! Exceeded All Expectations!

After looking at every VRBO listing in Lake Havasu, we decided this property checked all the bells and whistles for us. However, it exceeded all of our expectations, which were extremely high to begin with. Everything in this property was brand spanking new. It was beautifully equipped and perfectly decorated. The river rock showers and the plush towels, were so appreciated after our razor ride to a charity event at The Bunker Bar. All beds had a thick layer of memory foam and were plush and luxurious. The property was immaculately clean and truly, we could not have asked for more. I can NOT recommend this property enough and we were be coming back to this VRBO, repeatedly.
