Lovingly furnished holiday house, 250m from the sea, large garden, roof terrace

250 m beautiful sandy beach lies our lovingly furnished Casa Feliz.
Casa Feliz has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and the third with a single bed. The cozy living-dining room has two sofas and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen, incl. Dishwasher, is open to the living room. The individually decorated bathroom has a full bath with a large shower enclosure. Casa Feliz has a washing machine with dryer. The large terrace with sliding glass doors separated wenn's times has wind, here Gibt's a dining table and a cozy sofa to relax. Outside in the garden is a rattan sofa and lounge chairs for life outdoors. From the roof terrace you can enjoy the sunset over the Atlantic.

There is a large patio with brick barbecue under a fruit tree. A parking space for the car is available and Casa Feliz has WLAN.

Alternatively, we also have the beautiful, newly renovated Casa de Coure 5 bedroom in tenders Gibt's including own cook the you well supplied with three meals a day. Please ask by email for a quote.

Toller Urlaub im Casa Feliz

Wir hatten mit unseren 3 Kindern einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Casa Feliz! Schon der Empfang durch Hausverwalter Daniel war ausgesprochen freundlich – er war bereits da, als wir kamen und hat sich viel Zeit genommen, uns alles in Ruhe zu zeigen. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders aufmerksam: Nach etwa einer Woche hat Daniel sich sogar noch einmal gemeldet, um sicherzugehen, dass alles in Ordnung ist – ein Service, den man nicht überall findet. Ach ja, zum Empfang gab es sogar eine Obstschale und eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank.Das Haus selbst und vor allem der Garten bieten viel Platz und sind gut ausgestattet für einen entspannten Urlaub. Das absolute Highlight ist die Lage: Direkt am traumhaften Strand von El Palmar, mit charmanten Restaurants, Bars und kleinen Geschäften in unmittelbarer Nähe.Wir haben die Zeit hier in vollen Zügen genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Casa Feliz macht seinem Namen alle Ehre – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Aufenthalt

Tolle Unterkunft mit großem Garten und vielen Möglichkeiten sich auszuruhen. Die Lage ist optimal. Der Weg zum einzigartigen Meer nur wenige Minuten, genauso der Weg in den Ort. Wir waren im August vor Ort, da wäre eine Klimaanlage schön gewesen, die Ventilatoren sorgten zum Glück für eine kleine Windprise! Die Kommunikation mit Dani hat super funktioniert und er war äußerst freundlich! Ein schöner Aufenthalt! Danke

La casa está muy bien, lástima el tema del agua

La casa es grande y cómoda, está cerca de la playa y el jardín es precioso. El inconveniente que ya hemos tenido dos años seguidos ya es el tema de los atascos de las tuberías que se nos inundaba el baño y el olor del agua, que aunque sepas que no es potable, solo para ducharte es terrible ese olor.

Días estupendos en El Palmar

La casa es mejor en directo que en fotos. Grande y con amplias y variadas zonas exteriores. Thomas es un buen propietario y Daniel un maravilloso anfitrión, puntual, amable, servicial y dispuesto a cualquier contratiempo. Volvería a tener unas vacaciones es esta casa y este maravilloso entorno.

Bonita casa a 5 minutos de la playa, bares, restaurantes. Tiene un jardín grande y bien cuidado, habitaciones amplias, cocina bien equipada, zona chill out en la azotea. Nos encantó, disfrutamos mucho la estancia. Gracias a Daniel por su trato y su trabajo. Gran profesional y encantador.

Una semana en el Palmar

Esta vivienda esta situada a 10 min andando de la playa, los exteriores son amplios, muy cuidados, con diferentes ambientes y con mobiliario de exterior variado, y de noche la iluminación esta cuidada y con gusto. La casa es antigua, de techos altos y pequeñas ventanas, que si te coje levante o ola de calor como a nosotros, es un horno, y no exagero, no se puede entrar de dia y de noche dormir es un suplicio. Solo tienen dos ventiladores ruidosos como medio de refrigeración. Es necesario la colocación de Splits en las diferentes salas para los días calurosos, que en la zona no son pocos. Otro detalle a mejorar es la nevera, es pequeña y antigua, que si no la abres mucho cumple, pero como tengas invitados y la abras, no es capaz de enfriar. El menaje justo. Tiene una zona el la azotea para ver la puesta de sol con sofas grandes de madera, pero sin ninguna sombra, lo que la hace inutilizable en esta epoca de verano, ademas al no tener sombra recalienta el suelo, que es el techo de la casa, y mas la recalienta. Otro detalle el agua no es potable. En resumen, hemos estado muy a gusto y disfrutado de los exteriores, el interior muy caluroso, sin aire, frigorífico pequeño y menaje justo, la atención de Daniel estupenda. Espero tomen nota de estos consejos para que la vivienda sea perfecta.

Buen alojamiento. Daniel nos atendió de forma excelente a la llegada y estuvo pendiente en todo momento de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La casa está toda correcta, únicamente le faltaba luz en la terraza superior para poder estar por las noches. Volveremos sin duda.

Great holidays

Casa La Luz is even nicer than in pictures, we had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Close to the beach and to supermarkets also. Perfect for families with kids to play around in the garden. Plus Daniel the housekeeper was very helpful during our stay and helped us to handle with everything we needed.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben schöne und entspannte Tage El Palmar verbracht und uns in diesem mit Esprit eingerichteten Haus mit wunderschönen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Dank nochmal an den Vermieter Thomas, der uns nach ein Umbuchung der Fluggesellschaft tatkräftig organisatorisch unterstützt hat.

Herrliche Dachterrasse

herrliche Dachterrasse, wirklich großer Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten und abendlicher Solarfackelbeleuchtung, ein wirklich kurzer Weg zu schönem Badestrand , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr schöner Wintergarten! Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren 3 Teenagern sehr genossen!

Private paradise by the beach

Very nice house, clean rooms, good beds, kitchen and bathroom. On top with a large garden and around and on top of the house 9 spots to chill, have your brunch or diner in the shadow or at night under the stars. 10 minutes Walk from the surf beach. And after a day at the beach under the powefull garden shower... We will be back...
