Miss B'Haven Beach Cottage in Port Aransas

Discover our charming 3BR/3.5BA house in Royal Sands Beachfront community on Hwy 361. Enjoy scenic views from our patio overlooking 2 pools and a hot tub. A short walk to the beach via golf-cart accessible boardwalk (Marker 39). he main room features a comfortable couch, two recliners, and a flat-screen TV with YouTubeTV and Netflix. We have a beverage soda/beer/wine cooler, and a margarita machine. Our decor is soothing, beachy colors. The large kitchen is fully-equipped with a peninsula counter with a cooktop. The dining table seats eight with room for 4 more at the kitchen bar. The large windows let in tons of natural light and give you great views of the neighborhood.

All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The downstairs king bedroom is huge and has a king-size bed, high ceilings, and tasteful beach décor. The large en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks. There is a second king suite upstairs with a king-size bed and walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has twin-over-twin bunk beds and a queen bed. The playful beach décor is perfect for the kids. The adjacent bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs you will find a loft living area with a flat-screen TV, DVD Player and a queen sleeper couch foldout. Our house can comfortably sleep up to 8 adults+1-2 child (top of bunk bed). 

Head outside to the covered patio, which overlooks the Royal Sands pools and has a gate opening directly to the family pool for easy access. The community has three pools and a hot tub.

Rinse off under the outdoor shower. We have a white porch swing and an outdoor dining area with 4 chairs. We have a deck box with beach chairs, a beach canopy, wagon, and sand toys.

Our front porch is perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening.

We have 2 driveways that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles/boats.

We accept small dogs that are housebroken and non-shedding.
We do not allow electric vehicles to charge at our house without prior approval. There is a charging station in Cinnamon Shores.

We have outdoor security cameras for the driveways and community pool. 

Our neighborhood quiet hours are 10 PM to 8AM.

The pools and hot tub closes at 10 PM.

Our neighborhood does not allow ATVs. There is a $500 fine for driving anything other than a golf cart on the boardwalk.

We do not allow bachelor or bachelorette parties. During spring break, we only rent to families or couples 25 years and older. There must be at least one adult over 25 for every four teenagers/college students. We do not allow any kind of party at the property without our written permission.
If you’re looking a great restaurant close by, try La Playa, Trout Street, or The Bluewater Cowboy. Rent a golf cart or bike take a relaxing ride around the island. Looking for something a little more exciting? Try parasailing! If you’d like to see “real” pirates, take a Red Dragon Pirate Cruise. The whole family will enjoy the singing, dancing, sword fighting and more!

What a wonderful weekend! This is a great house and it’s stocked with everything you could possibly want or need! We had so much fun and plenty of room for our group of 6 people to spread out and enjoy the weekend in comfort, and conveniently close to the beach! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Amazing Beach House

We took our very first Texas beach trip and found Miss B’Haven and knew we had to rent her. This was the cutest house in a great neighborhood/location. The house was fully stocked and the beds were so cozy. We rented a golf cart for the week, and loved driving it the short distance to the beach. The house came with everything you’d need for a day at the beach(tent,chairs, toys etc) We are definitely coming back to this house for our next trip.

Great location for family with teens and children

This is a great condo - all the things you need to make food, very comfortable beds, plenty of space for our family. We loved having the pool and hot tub right out the back door, the patio area is great for hanging out. The beach is a short walk through the property and down the boardwalk. Lots of families staying in this complex so it was quiet at night and active during the day. Location on the island is great too. They had many extra games for us to enjoy both at the condo and outside as well. Definitely will return!

Very Nice Beach House in a quiet neighborhood with Beach Access via the Royal Sands boardwalk. House was beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. VERY WELL STOCKED with a deck chest equipped with a wagon, beach gear, boogie boards, etc., and an outdoor shower. There are neighborhood shared pools & one is just outside the back door, with a hot tub nearby! Home was comfortable and cozy---Upstairs loft great for kids with lots of games, puzzles, and movies. Exceptional Family Getaway at Miss B'Haven!

Our stay at Miss B'Haven in Port Aransas was absolutely awesome for our family! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the beach and close to all local attractions. The outdoor space is fantastic given it is a stones throw from the pool, which the kids loved. We especially enjoyed the spacious patio area for grilling on our last night. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and a wonderful stay. Perfect location, perfect home!

My entire family had a great time, from the 2yo grandbaby to the 59yo grandma (me!). The home and outdoor areas were safe for a toddler, which was very important. We spent more time in the home, neighborhood, and backyard pools than we did the beach because we enjoyed our location so much. My 31-yo daughter said this was the most well-stocked home she's every stayed in, and she wants to bring her friends back. As we carted around the community, we all agreed that "our home" was the best with a corner lot, easy parking, outdoor lighting, and beautiful landscaping. Peaceful Getaway

Our family enjoyed staying at Kelly & Jack’s place over the week of Thanksgiving. This home is beautiful, with well appointed furniture and decor. Very clean and includes delightful amenities. The location to the pool is a major plus if you have children. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds and plush bath towels. It felt more like staying at a friends home opposed to just staying at a rental. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Admittedly, I am hard to impress when it comes to rentals. Usually the pictures prove to be better than the experience, however, that is not the case with this property. I highly recommend a stay at this lovely home.

Kelly is an excellent host. She was immediately accessible and made a point to stay in touch. The house was just right for us. It was immaculately clean and well maintained. It was the best equipped and supplied rental we have ever used. There were very helpful labels telling where things were stored and also providing instructions for what to do and not do when it wasn't obvious. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable and were not the cheap stuff you find in many rental condos. The house felt much larger on the inside that it seems from the outside. There were no issues, and there was no drama. We cannot imagine having a better experience.

1st Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation with our grandkids who are four, three and one. The house more than exceeded every expectation I had! Kelly was an exceptional host and answered questions before I even could think of them! I am a person who always likes to bring things from home, because I’m always worried the home won’t be equipped with items, and I did not need to bring a thing, they have a literally thought of everything! The layout of the house was amazing for my two sons families and my husband and I. So spacious, and we never felt like we were in each other’s way. The location of the house is great as well. Corner lot with lots of parking, literally backing up to the neighborhood pool area and the patio with swing, table, shower and games was perfect for afternoons after the beach. My only negative review would be that if you’re cold, like me, bring sweatshirts! You may be in south Texas, but they made sure you are never hot! That AC is on point! (Side note, this was my husbands best part of the review! Haha!) Thank you for incredible memories and we can’t wait to be back there soon!

Perfect Port A Getaway!

For our first Port A family vacation, we couldn’t have asked for a better beach house or location! The house is adorable and comfortable and the neighborhood is excellent! Close walk to the boardwalk and pool right behind the house for lazy days! Was very impressed that everyone kept to the quiet hours & vacated the pool at sundown. Kelly was wonderfully responsive and even went the extra mile to point out some great places to eat, given my gluten free needs. We will without a doubt stay here again!

Wonderful family beach getaway

Miss B’Haven beach house helped to make our family getaway to Port Aransas so enjoyable! The house is adorable, well stocked and very clean and comfortable. Beds were especially comfy. Plenty of room for our family of 7 and our one year old grandson! Location was perfect. We rented a golf cart since we were needing to go back and forth with baby and gear but it’s really just a short walk to the beach. Pool just outside house was an added bonus as was the beach gear included with the house. Kelly responded quickly and kindly to questions and was a gracious host. Family wants to make this an annual trip . We will be returning !!

This property was amazing! Perfect in every way! The Perfect Getaway Stay

We had the BEST stay at Miss B’Haven. The two king suites and bunk room gave us all plenty of space and everything was so clean and welcoming. The pool right outside the back gate was a huge bonus for having kids who just can’t wait to get in the water. Adults were able to easily rotate supervision at the pool with inside tasks, all the while our girls were playing in the pool. It was a complete win/win! Proximity to the beach is made even easier with a golf cart, but walking to the boardwalk is definitely doable. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Perfect for a small Group

This was a last-minute booking as it was a wish for my daughter‘s 15th birthday! So trying to find something last minute that fit 4 teenagers and one mom was a little difficult…I did not want bunk beds and I wanted that modern but beautifully beachy aesthetic…So Miss B Haven was perfect! And an excellent price point! Cute and cozy but spacious enough for 6 to 10 people… Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private bathroom!! This was essential for teenage girls. Every single thing you would need or want for a beach house! From margarita machines to beach wagon and sand chairs to board games and wonderful movie TV options! Short walk or golf cart ride to boardwalk and beach… several community pools. The owner Kelli made this a very personal lovely experience. Made me feel like she was a friend that was letting me stay at her beautiful house! We will absolutely be back! I think we found “our” place!

We had a great stay! The location and proximity to the beach/restaurants/grocery store was perfect! Port A is one of our favorite getaways and this stay proved it again. Jack and I grew up in San Antonio, Texas. We currently live in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area of the Texas Hill Country. We have been visiting Port Aransas for over 40 years. The minute we saw this beach neighborhood, we knew we wanted a second home here. This is our weekend home and we are happy to share our place with others who want to make memories with their family and friends on the Texas Riviera.

Why they chose this property

We love the wide open floor plan and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We also love the 2 driveways. One is large enough for our truck and boat. The community pool is right out of our backdoor. We are 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes into Port Aransas, and 5 minutes to the boat launch.

What makes this property unique

This is a great house for families to gather and make memories. The kitchen area can accommodate several cooks and we have room for 12 to dine at the long table or countertop bar. The house sleeps up to 8 adults. We have 2 living areas. There is plenty of room to spread out and still enjoy your time together. The neighborhood has 3 pools and the walk to the beach is an easy 5 minutes. The boardwalk is golf cart accessible and there are plenty of golf cart companies in the area who will deliver to the front door.
