Il est tout équipé, possède une chambre, une grande terrasse de 19m2 avec store, exposition Sud-Ouest. On peut y manger et se faire bronzer.
Cuisine toute équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut (plaque, four, four micro-onde, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge..).
