The Residence La Loubatière in Montgenèvre is just 50 m from the ski slopes and from the Chalvet ski lift. The shops, ice rink and sledging slope are all near by. There is some parking available in front of the building and the residence has ski lockers on the ground floor. Surface area : about 26 m². Orientation : West. Living room with bed-settee (160). Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Kitchen with kettle, coffee machine (filtre), toaster, dishwasher, microwave, 4 vitroceramics cooking rings. Shower room. Separated WC. little garden, washing machine. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
