Why they chose this property

We like the location because of the quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home. The interior of the home is a 2 story to add to the privacy of the bedrooms. The Master Bedroom/Bathroom is enormous. The kitchen flows to the living, dining and patio areas nicely. The outdoor patio faces south with a pergola which is great for sitting and relaxing on hot afternoons.

Beautiful 2 story home, 2 bedrooms w/ Smart TV's, 2.5 baths, ultimate couch for movie night & a chef's kitchen! Covered patio dining w/ BBQ & firepit for an ambient night! In private neighborhood, close to downtown & bike path, fenced yard + garage.
