The home is located on 2 acres just 5 minutes from downtown, but feels like you're out in the country. The panoramic views are spectacular & ever changing. The sunrise over the Mesa makes the morning hangout on the porch a great way to start the day. Just as impressive would be watching the changing colors on the Bookcliffs while maybe grilling during the sunset. Hiking and biking trails surround the house with access to the lunch Loops Trails nearby. The house has an open feeling, with beautiful stone and woodwork. There is plenty of room for you, your friends & family on the 1,200 square foot concrete patio (with an 8 person hot tub) overlooking the Grand Valley. The private backyard features a covered sitting area and an outdoor shower complete with dual shower heads and hot water. A large laundry/mud room offers safe storage for bikes and other outdoor equipment. Pets are welcome to stay for a $60 fee and the outside has a fenced in back yard.

My husband and I stayed at this property in order to visit with friends and the place we had lived for over 25 years. It was a great homecoming. We had lots of laughs and the view out the many windows allowed us to reconnect with the desert surroundings. The few glitches we had were addressed by the owner and things went smoothly. One of the nicest hosts I have dealt with when renting a house. Highly recommend this property.
The views from this property were beautiful and serene!
The house was very clean and had everything we needed! Todd was an incredible property manager, and we enjoyed our time at this beautiful place. The perfect place for some R&R!
Little Park Road Retreat was the perfect spot for our Girls Weekend. Todd was amazing at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. We will happily return to the Retreat on our next trip to GJ.

The house was very comfortable and in the perfect location for everything the area has to offer with amazing views. Todd and Sophorn were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
Perfect place to stay for the first part of our Colorado Adventures. Easy drives to all the hotspots in this area. Todd was absolutely the best host and very knowledgeable of the area and geographic terrain. The home was impeccably clean, very comfortable and has great views.
The Little Park Retreat VRBO was a fantastic stay! The house boasts every convenience to provide a home away from home feeling. Great location, clean and the hot tub is a real plus. We had an amazing trip thanks to Todd and Seporn.

Great views, host, and home
Todd was an excellent host. Our 2 labs loved being able to hang with us and the mud room was nice and cool for them while we took Todd's advice and had a delicious dinner at il bistro. Wish we could've stayed longer and hope to be back!
This property is perfect....everything one needs inside the house, lovely fauna, wildlife, bird-watching, sitting to see the gorgeous sunset and just flat listen to the quietness that surrounds the outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves because this paradise was away from our metro city living and noises. This location is near to downtown with its wonderful Main Street and variety of eateries. If a person wants to experience all of the above, then make a reservation NOW.

Great location for biking and cute quiet house. Host is really welcoming.
Todd was a great host and offers a wonderful location for riding from the house. We enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the immense view of GJ. The house is comfortable and clean and sleeping arrangements are great for families. Thanks Todd!
Truly a home away from home. It was so nice to be able to access trails for hiking and biking easily and quickly. The view is fantastic. The home itself is clean and comfortable. Todd is great! Willing to make sure your needs are met! Definitely recommend.
Amazing property with a kind and communicative owner. Only wish I could stay longer! Very clean and homey. Really cool telescope. If I come back to grand junction I’ll be renting this property again! 10/10 would recommend.
The place is sooo nice! Incredible views and a huge hot tub just like the pics. Theres a beautiful cacti garden and so much room to relax in comfy outdoor chairs. It has a great fenced in area and is super dog friendly. The owners were so easy to communicate with and had great reccomendations for local walks and restaurants. The house was super clean and it has all the amenities you might need. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for a great stay.
Everything you need (plus more) and a Spectacular View
We stayed here for a family reunion (others rented other homes in the area) and had a wonderful time. The hosts were excellent, and everything was well-stocked including lots of little charming extras for the senses. Beds very comfortable. We rode mountain bikes in the area and the location was perfect. Great utility/laundry room for storing bikes etc. Highly recommend!
If you're looking for the best little place outside of town, this has to be in consideration. From the owner to the property itself, my wife and I had zero complaints.
Todd (owner) called me and walked me through how to enjoy the house amenities, such as heated floors, and spa. Where I could find a great hike, and restaurants. Just very good wholesome experience.
The property is so beautiful, it's just amazing to watch the sunrise from the spa and just take it all in. Thanks for a great stay!
The house is freaking amazing. the views unbelievable... like seriously we couldn't stop looking. The wildlife and birds were a delight. We saw baby quails and OMG are they adorable!
Todd was very accommodating and so kind to walk us through the property and give recommendations.
Again the views ... the views..... the views.
The house has everything you need to cook I made a gourmet dinner and needed nothing from a spice, pot and utensil standpoint.
The hot tub is delightful! We spent a ton of time in there while enjoying the views.
You will not be disappointed if you stay here!!

About the host
Hosted by Todd Ervin
My name is Todd and I have been traveling quite extensively for the last 16 or so years mainly in S.E. Asia (Which is where I met my wife Sophorn) to such places as Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Indonesia. Other destinations include locations in Mexico, Central America and Peru, South America. After my stint of travel I decided to settle down and grow some roots. Grand Junction with all of it's outdoor activities, wonderful sights and laid back lifestyle fit the bill perfectly. Yeah Western Slope!! It is also situated so there is easy access to other wonderful destinations such as Moab Utah, Powderhorn Ski Resort and the beautiful San Juan Mountain to the south. With all the endless outdoor things to do I have not regretted my decision on location at all.
Why they chose this property
I think the pictures speak for themselves why I decided on this house. The Views!! Now the views are even better with an 8 person hot tub situated on the 1,000 square foot patio!
What makes this property unique
Spend a morning on the front porch, waking up to watch the sun rise over the Mesa will make your day!
