This Whalehead property is a great getaway! 2 blocks from the beach with a private pool and spa, and a large completely fenced in back yard for fun for you or your furry friends to keep safe. Pets are welcome. You are within a walk or quick bike ride to so many things - grocery store, breakfast places, surf shops, hardware store, bike/scooter/golf cart rentals, 20+ dining options, 3 putt-putts, go-karts, 2 bumper cars, and watersports, ride to wild horse tour. It's an ideal location!!

Security Camera Disclosure: For safety, this property features two exterior cameras (Front Door Ring Video Doorbell and Back Door Ring Outdoor Cam). The back door camera monitors the pool perimeter. Please note that digital privacy masks are actively used to black out neighboring properties, ensuring your stay remains completely private. No cameras monitor indoor areas or private outdoor changing zones.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty all recycle and trash to large bins outside
If rented linens and towels, no need to wash, put all in bins they came in and leave in carport
Please make sure you've cleaned up after your pets
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely no senior week or college graduation week rentals even w adult chaperone. 26 age min. All rentals not adhering to this will be cancelled.
PLEASE put out your garbage and recycling the night before garbage pickup days, if the HOA doesn't.
